Had our annual A/C check today Howard the technician was very professional and knowledgeable about our AC handler and compressor. He brought up potential problems that could interruption cooling and heating which were rectified. He also explained basic maintenance that should be completed by us to ensure proper preformence of the unit. We were very pleased the service and would highly recommend Art's Plumbing, Air Conditioning and electric to anyone who is looking for service and or A/C replacement.

It was nice and easy to schedule an appointment with these guys to get my leaky toilet looked at. I had Mike Ball out to our house. And he was quick to determine what the issues were. I was given different options as to what to do to fix our problem. We chose to replace the toilet, and I was very happy that I was given an out the door price right away with taxes and all. No hidden costs later at the time to pay. As soon as I agreed to do the job, he went out and got the supplies, and got everything done rather quickly. My family and I are very thankful.

Terrence and Adrian were FANTASTIC, VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
They explained everything to me that they were doing and constantly asking if I had any questions.
With regards to the follow up work they explained why it is needed, what would happen if not done and explained all my options.
I have been a Facility Manager for over forty years having worked for BellSouth, AT&T, West Palm Beach Police Department and Florida Departments of Transportation/Corrections and Juvenile Justice I truly wish that I had vendors and in house personal like Terrence and Adrian working for me !

Water heater began leaking. Called Art and they were able to get a plumber out to check it and verify the heater tank was shot.
Replaced it with a newer, better one. While there was sticker shock since my last replacement, I think the price out the door was in line with what I had been researching. Joe C. was very nice, knowledgeable, and did a very good install. Joe was clean and even though this job likely caused him to be home later than planned he remained very cheerful. Also when the city inspector came to approve the permit, he commented "nice install."

Update: Just had Art install a split-mini system in my garage also. As with any install/construction, problems could arise that makes it take longer, including an error on a part that was brought. Instead of having to make a second appointment which would have been inconvenient, Charlie Wing the project manager got things moving, getting a second tech and a seperate electrician to take care of things and it was done in one day as promised. Very happy.

Update: Water heater control panel seemed to be malfunctioning. Daniel from Art came, diagnosed the issue with Rheem and made some adjustments. IF that doesn't work, he made it very clear they will return and take care of it pronto. Well, it didn't stick very long and they came back out and determined it was a bad control panel (manufacturer defect). Part ordered and Daniel A, again came out and even called me directly when he finished a job early and wanted to repair my heater ASAP instead of waiting till the next day. Showed up at my house at 5:30 when most other people would quit. That is customer service!

Fantastic service! We contacted Art Plumbing through HomeDepot services as we had to replace our water heater. We were without hot water. Lawrence and his colleague located the 80 gallon unit we wanted in West Palm, got it,and had it installed the following morning. Fast and professional.Lawrence walked us through the downloading of the app and pairing with the unit, and the app’s features. They included Ace care services and we look forward to working with them throughout the years. Highly recommend this company!

Purchased a toilet I needed installed and loved the service! I received two calls confirming the time and day that the service would be provided, which helped me plan out my day. Art Plumbing sent Wade, he was super friendly and did the installation quickly and seamlessly. He even helped scrap the remnants of the old toilet glue from the floor so that it all looked nice. Would definitely recommend!

I am BEYOND disappointed and frustrated with this company. I called for a service appointment on Monday. All I got was an AI agent and did not get someone to come until Friday. After waiting 4 HOURS for a ladder, the ladder was broken and could not be used by the tech. I've been without HEAT in 30 degree weather for a WEEK and now have to wait to have another appointment. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE and this is NOT how you treat long term customers. Never mind that the heater was supposedly fixed by then LAST YEAR and now it doesn't work.

Howard serviced our central air conditioner and did an excellent job. Professional and extremely knowledgeable. Won't hesitate to call Art Plumbing for any future services.

Horrible! They incorrectly installed my water heater and blew out the elements by not filling it with water first. The electrical blew out.I had lukewarm water during our coldest week in Florida. I scheduled and appointment for them to fix it. They never showed. It took 15 calls and pulling teeth for someone to come back. The “technician” told me that the brand new water heater was manufactured property and had to replace a part. He went and replaced part of the element on the bottom but not the top. I now have scorching hot water for about 7 minutes and then goes cold. I still can’t get a person to call me back or come replace it. I did it through Home Depot and the managers there are trying to handle on my behalf. We currently still have no hot water and now working $2700 brand new water heater. Don’t EVER use them!!!

Had a great experience with Lawrence. He was knowledgeable of about the work that needed to be done and up front with how he was going to make the repairs. I'm comfortable with the price I paid as this is something that I would not have been able to fix on my own. I love that the parts are warranted and the work is warrantied for at least two years. I also appreciate that he cleaned up the area after the repairs were complete. I would recommend Lawrence for these types of shower repairs.

Wade Frank is the most competent and meticulous plumber I have ever met. He replaced my water heater and did a flawless installation. He was also very friendly and explained everything he was doing. I will definitely call him again for any plumbing issues. Highly recommended.

Jocelyn was thoroughly, pleasant and informative. She has been in the plumbing world since a child with her family. Seems to have given her a love for the craft that many of us look down upon. So impressive to see a young woman shine in this field. Great customer service and respectful of my home.

I had a thorough cleaning of my A/C system done by Howard. He was very thorough from start to finish. He even made sure that I saw the before and after of the work that he performed. I was very comfortable knowing I was in good hands.

Had a plumbing emergency and art was able to come out and quickly identify my problem and came back the same day in the afternoon and was able to clear the blocked line in no time. 10/10 recommend to anyone with a plumbing or HVAC issue

Attempted to more than double the price for permit to install a hot water heater. When I said I did not want that he reduced it by half. He asked me to sign the tablet to reflect that he had come to the property. When I read what it said it was actually stating I was giving my consent for the work. They had hidden costs in every quote out of six or seven that he gave me. There was no actual breakdown for the final figure. All of this to install a home water heater was very unnecessary and very unfair. They work for Home Depot installations look out folks there's hidden costs that you may not want such as Annual fees for additional services and other things that you have the right to see before signing on the dotted line. I was not allowed to see those I don't accept any contract like that and I would never work with anyone or sign on any dotted line if I couldn't see all of the details of what I was supposedly buying. Will not do business here.

Excellent service! He was very knowledgeable about AC units and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He showed me what maintenance was needed and answered all my questions. On top of that, he was kind, respectful, and easy to talk to. I really appreciated the education and professionalism.

Micheal was absolutely fabulous and completed the job perfect. He was professional, communicated well with us, articulate, understood exactly what he needed to do and executed an excellent result making us very happy. We were extremely happy to see Jerry come by to check in with us, great customer service and satisfaction!!!!
