If you get The pleasure to get Plumber Chuck Buchanan, be assured you are in good hands. He came to fix the water heater. The unit was 17 years old and need to be replaced. He explained how the process would go and Answered all questions that I had. He is knowledgeable and got the job done. He left my house clean and the new water heater is working fine. I was very satisfied with his work from now on, Chuck Buchanan will be my go to Plumber. He is a true professional, who loves what he does.

HVAC Technician Eddie P. was prompt, professional, and clearly an expert at what he does. He arrived right on time, explained everything thoroughly, and handled my all‑in‑one system with care. I needed the dryer vent cleaned (see photos), and he made sure every step was done safely and efficiently. I also decided to purchase the yearly service plan—great value and peace of mind all in one. Communication was excellent from start to finish, beginning with the initial phone call and followed by helpful text updates before arrival. Brisk Air and their team provided a superb install of a new 4 ton system and all new ductwork in one day.

The install crew were on time, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The follow up after the install to verify quality assurance was a delightful surprise.

The office staff provided great customer support and excellent communication. They went over the different maintenance plans available and even emailed samples of their in-depth maintenance reports.

This is an amazing company. They are so polite and I am very pleased with everything they did for me. I was in contact with Andy every step of the way, and he explained to me what I needed and why. He also answered all my calls, emails and even text messages. I, like most people did get quotes from many other companies and this one is by the best in the county. They were able to give me a quote and when I was ready to install my unit, they were to get me in right away I did not have to wait no longer than a few days. Definitely will be using their services again when I am ready to install another unit in my house. Highly recommend!

I have very high standards of workmanship and professionalism. These guys are fantastic. The owner himself came to do the quote, crawling around my attic for 20 minutes checking all the ductwork. Brisk Air originally installed our split units a few years ago. I needed to have them cleaned. I called for an appointment and they set it up within a few days. Juan and Fyaz came out to do the work. We were extremely pleased with the way they work. They kept me informed of there progress as they went along . They were very professional and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Brisk Air to anyone, and if you need some maintenance ask for Juan and Fyaz. Hats off to you Brisk Air for the employees you hire. I would also like to mention Jackie who is a pleasure to talk to when setting up an appointment.

I have known the owners Andy and Jackie of Brisk Air for a very long time now. I knew when it came time to needing a new Unit that I was going to call them. Andy reccomended split level units that are on the ground and my FPL bills will be less. Yes please! Office manager Jackie and the office staff are extremely knowledgeable and super sweet. The process from getting the permits, to final installation was faster than I imagined. Having a disabled husband with severe asthma, they worked their fingers to the bones to get it done quickly and effecently. The techs are professional, friendly and experienced. Brisk Air installed a Mini A/C recently at my home. Their workmanship was exceptional and their professionalism was outstanding. I recommend them highly for all A/C needs.

Brisk air did an excellent job, fixing all the problems and mistakes prior installer made. I don't want to name names, but the prior installer, also a local compnay, stopped servicing split units and wouldn't fix what they did wrong. I'll trust Brink Air any time, very responsive, punctual and reliable company.

Juan is wonderful!!! This is the second time he has come out to service my AC unit and I really can’t sing his praises enough. He is prompt and always calls with an exact time of when he will arrive which is greatly appreciated. His professionalism and attention to detail is more than I could ask for. Not to mention the fact that after a year of not being in my home he remembered my dogs name which added that little “extra” personal touch. Brisk Air is lucky to have such an incredible employee.

08/2021 This is the first time that I used the services of Brisk Air. My prior company quoted me some outrageous pricing so I looked for a new vendor. Brisk Air was responsive & professional in scheduling the appointment. The owner, Andy came to do the service on my unit which was freezing up and needed a Freon recharge. Andy tested everything, found some leak issues with my unit, provided some replacement parts and recharged my unit. All done with honesty and recommendations as to what my options were.....and, he was very fairly priced!! So Great Service, Great Value, Great Customer Care. Thanks Andy!!! I highly recommend your company.

He provided the maintenance service I needed along with a number of recommendations that I could use to extend the life of my A/C unit. He was friendly, on-time and thorough. A great employee at Brisk Air. I am thoroughly impressed. This company is great!
