Simply put, this company is a professionally run, on time and courteous company. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, installed the new part and all in a professionally, organized and timely matter. Best of all the price quoted was the price charged. No bait and switch and no games. We have already referred them to family, friends and our customers.

Best Air Conditioning is rightly named! I called Chris last night (referred by my wonderful neighbor Max) he got back to me in 14 minutes and had Nick out to my home first thing this morning. Nick checked everything, found out what the issue was and replaced my capacitor. After replacing the part Nick went back and checked to make sure everything was working great. I highly recommend doing business with Best Air Conditioning, they care about what they do.

I’ve tried many AC companies before but nothing like Best Air they have awesome workers and got what i needed done. Chris did an amazing job with our AC unit i Highly recommend them to everyone in south Florida Area!!!!!

Do not use this company. They will try to rob you. They charged me $700 for a house visit and they are not accredited with the better business bureau. The lied that the condenser coil was in back order and it would take 30 to 60 days for delivery. They literally watched the coil defrost at my house when they could have turned on the heater and would have taken them less time to defrost. I called another company and the coil was delivered the next day and I only paid 15% of what they were going to charging me to fix the air conditioner plus the $700 house call. Robbery

I love Best Air! The owner and his son go above and beyond for you no matter the situation! We have been using them for years! They never let me sweat to long(if the ac goes out of course) and are always a phone call away! Thank you for always helping us out! Highly recommend!

Our house was struck by lightning this past week and it ruined our a/c unit. We immediately called The Best Air Co. as they had installed our existing unit several years ago. Nick and Chris were amazing. They came out right away to document the damage for the insurance adjuster. Within 48 hours an entire new unit was in place. They were in constant communication with us and were so professional. I can’t recommend them enough!! This is a family owned and operated company and it is very obvious how much they care about the quality of work they are providing.

Amazing service, I took advantage of the service special they have now and a technician called Albert passed by last week and found our unit super dirty, he took his time to go over the system and shows us pictures of the inside of the unit. He went over several options with my husband and we agreed to a very reasonable price for a system cleaning and he took care of it on the spot. Very happy with the Albert the technician and Air Pros. Highly recommend this company :)
