He took the time to explain everything clearly and showed a high level of knowledge and expertise. On top of that, he was friendly and easy to talk to, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and stress-free. Excellent. I would give 10 Stars if I could. Eric is always very professional, highly skilled & has our best interests at heart. I would not have anyone else touch our unit but Eric (& many technicians have serviced our unit). We have had him twice & He is ALWAYS THE BEST EVER!!!!!

Outstanding Service from Jiming – Highly Recommend

Jiming was absolutely outstanding. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, clearly explain what was going on with my HVAC system, and walk me through the best options without any pressure or upselling.

What really stood out was his attention to detail and honesty. He worked efficiently, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure everything was running properly before he left. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right.

It’s not often you come across a technician who combines technical expertise with excellent customer service, but Jiming did exactly that. If you’re looking for a reliable HVAC tech you can trust, ask for Jiming — 5 stars all the way.

I had an emergency AC situation last weekend which was Easter. Within 5 minutes of leaving a message, I was immediately called back and a technician was at my house within two hours. The situation was quickly diagnosed, and despite me pushing for it, they wouldn’t “let” me spend money that would have been immediately wasted (coolant fluid was rapidly leaking, I asked to replace it, and was informed it was leaking too much, it would have been a waste!). Instead they gave me a very fair price on a new unit (mine was over 16 years old), and 2 days later, I had a brand new AC! The owner Jay was a pleasure to deal with and the technicians knew exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend Benson & Benson!

Not sure who taught the person driving van number 0216 how to drive, but the weaving in and out of traffic on i95 almost caused an accident. Hope this person just trying get to a job and not intoxicated.
