My AC has been giving me issues and I’ve been having a hard time finding a reliable company to fix it, when I called AirPros I was connected to the sweetest representative named Stefani. She helped me get a proper service and helped me sign up for the membership, I am a happy customer for life !

Jiming did a great job. I was satisfied. He cleaned the condensers and made sure everything was Ok. He installed the power surge. Thank you !

Kevin did an amazing job. He did a very comprehensive assessment of inside and outside AC units and ducts. He cleaned the coils. He explained me everything with details. His very professional. I really recommend Air Pros for your AC maintenance

They came to resolve the issues and stayed late into the evening.

On another note, I have been waiting for the permits to come through on our HVAC system since Air Pros installed it (nearly a year and a half).

I emailed and each time I call I ask about it but I have never heard anything back. We need to get these permits completed. Back before the summer, Air Pros even got an inspection with the city but the work they did failed the inspection.

They needed to submit additional documents and coordinate another city inspection- they never did that and now we are halfway into January.

I am posting publicly because I never get a call back from a manager regarding the question of the permits. Anytime I speak with someone at your company, they tell me it’s in the last stages and should come soon- then months and months go by and it seems like Air Pros forgets their obligation each time.

We have had these mini splits cleaned and serviced and repaired multiple times and in that time, still no permits. (Air Pros installed 5x throughout the house)

If a manager is reading this, please reach out to me so we can get the permits completed. It’s been nearly a year and a half and as patient as I am, this is unreasonable.

Horrible Experience!!! Technician recommended us a $2500 fix or a $10000 whole new system. We paid the $119 visit fee and chose to get a second opinion and from another HVAC tech (not from Air Pros) and they discovered it was just a $100 fix. I feel that Air Pros were so focused on trying to get more money that they didn't complete a thorough diagnosis. My family just want to warn Home owners to be aware of this and maybe get multiple opinions if offered a large quote from this company

Update: before placing this honest review, I called the company twice in hopes of a resolution. They assured me that someone would reach out to me, which never happened. Honestly, I was just looking apology.

Air Pros in Coral Springs, FL is a wonderful HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical company who cares about its customers and the people of South Florida! Eric, technician, was awesome! He came and conducted maintenance on my system and provided valuable information about items I can purchase to protect my investment.

Jiming Was amazing today ..awesome personality, friendly and was able to explain everything so I can understand, gave me a reasonable quote. I would use your Service again because of Jimmy .

Sean was here to perform the AC maintenance and was very courteous and professional. He was only able to do the floor level portion of the maintenance but coordinated for another tech to come and complete the attic level portion of the scheduled maintenance. Communication was good.

The agent sent is Daniel and from all the previous service agents before, Daniel was beyond efficient and detailed. Nothing wrong with any previous agents but Daniel was beyond what one would expect. He explained in detail the issues and what remedial actions need to be taken. If I can and he's available, I will definitely ask for him again.

Alberto came out and was very responsive, thorough, and educated us on all available options. Will definitely consider Air Pros on future service. Thanks!

I have to say that Air Pro's saved the day! They responded quick when my A/C stoped working on a Sunday. Alberto, was our assigned technician. He was very profesional, respectful and best part capable of fixing our unit! Would definitely recommend.
