I chose Brisk Air to install my 2 new AC Units. I compared prices in the area and they were all pretty similar. Andy and the team that installed the systems were professional and nice. It definitely looks like everything is done correctly. I recommend them if you want everything done properly.

Six month check up under their maintenance plan. My technician Juan Mejia is a 15 year veteran. He always does a great job; they all do.

First experience with Brisk Air and our new technician Sandil was a pleasant one. He was on time, completed the maintenance and advised of his findings. I am happy I chose Brisk Air.

Brisk Air installed a Mitsubishi split mini system in my 900 sq.ft. garage. The mechanical and electrical were completed in about 6 hours. The system works as expected and was done at a reasonable price.

My AC unit has been acting up for two days. I have been able to nurse it along and we now know what needs to be done. Juan does spectacular work and dedicated to figuring out what is wrong and what needs to be done to repair it.

UPDATE:
Turns out we needed a new motor and housing and none were available through the supplier. Jackie, who is the owner of the company went above and beyond to find a replacement which she was able to do. We went from having to wait for two months to having a replacement installed within two days.
There is no doubt that Jackie and her crew of service personnel are the best in South Florida. Juan is excellent at what he does and will always be there for the client.

Juan was a total professional. He walked me through the process and options based on what he might find. He explained the pros and cons of each option. He also let me know that my MERV FILTERS were too high and would tax the unit. Very nice, pet friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend him and BriskAir

We havent been able to trust our AC since this company installed it. A motor within the unit going out. A part going out on the outside unit cost us almost $900 to fix "under warranty" and the tech was here less than an hour (labor not covered under warranty id love a $900/ hr job). While he here, he was more interested in upselling unnecessary installations at exorbitant prices. When the unit wouldnt work shortly after we were told to shut the AC off and run a hose on the outside unit for 15 minutes. It is now not working again. I called them and was told I would receive a call back. Then get a text saying theyre closed 1.5 hours later despite advertising 24/7 service. Followed by a text attacking my character personally Id look elsewhere if youre in this situation.

TOP NOTCH COMPANY! We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. Their technical knowledge was impressive, and they are experts at what they do! And we’ve gone through many unqualified AC repair techs which was very costly before we found Brisk Air. We are thanking our lucky stars, a neighbor recommended them. Their office is efficient, friendly, and super helpful. They can diagnose problems, fix problems, install systems, and take pride in what they do. They are very courteous and take great care of your home so much so that we can’t say enough about them !As you can see, we highly recommend them .

Service guy came out and agreed that we needed a new unit. He made a call to the “comfort guy” (whatever that means) at Brisk Air and nobody ever called us and it has been 2 weeks. We hired another company to install a new unit. They were prompt and extremely professional and installed on the next day. And I’m very happy.I would use another company other that Brisk if I were you that care about the customer needs.
