My air conditioner stop working on a Sunday. I called the company and spoke to Jay and he helped to get it temporarily working. The next morning a tech came. Fix the problem. Tech was professional, knowledgeable and very nice. All in all this company has never let me down. Recommend highly.

I cant say enough of this company. After so many people coming and spending so much money on one of my AC they came and told me exactly the problem. They put a new ac unit for a very reasonable price and service was great. Best part was no more leak issues in my attic. They came on Sunday for my other unit and fix the issue. I had an issue with my older model AC unit and was lucky enough to find Benson to help me with it. I had a musty odor coming from my unit that was diagnosed as some biological growth inside of it. The technician, Albert, thoroughly disassembled, cleaned and rebuilt my older unit, he then installed a UV light to prevent new growth. He also tested my unit for other signs of weakness or failure and gave it a clean bill of health. He was on-time, communicative and professional. Also the costs were explained ahead of time and stuck to, no surprises. The costs were also reasonable. Benson could have told me my unit was trash and I needed a new one like the first contractor I had onsite, but instead they were honest and because of that and the great work I will be using and recommending them to anyone who needs their services. And when my old unit finally does give up the ghost I’ll be calling Benson to replace it. Thank you!

We had water coming out of our a/c in the garage Saturday night, we called Benson & Benson a/c and they came out the next morning! It was Sunday so we weren't sure if it would get fixed, however after they flushed out the drain line and chemically treated our a/c, it stopped leaking water and we couldn't be happier with this company!

My air conditioning unit went out on a Thursday morning. I texted Benson and Benson on my issue. He texted me back the same day there were there between 11am.
The service technician checked out the unit come to find out my air condition Compressor was going bad. good thing I had a 10 year warranty on the air compressor. Like everything these days they cannot find the part, about an hour later I was told they were able to locate the part in Boynton Beach. ( I live in Pembroke Pines)The service tech drove to Boynton Beach and returned that afternoon and install my unit. All I had to pay for was the installation of the air compressor. Benson and Benson is an excellent company I would recommend when having any issue with your air conditioner.

Was very impressed at first that they were able to come out the same day, and after 6pm and no service fee. However, I felt like the technician was over work for the day and did not do a through job. Was charged $59 for maintenence and see they advertise $39. Was told I had a leak in my coil and needed a new unit. Added freon to see if i can buy some time to save for a new unit this was all on Monday night by Wednesday night unit was not cooling again. The technician never did a leak detection and when I had a different company come out the next day they performed a leak detection and found I had a leak on my outside unit not the inside coil.... which was actually fixable and now I've had nice cold air since. I think the owner of the company knows what he's doing and is very responsive but unfortunately I think I got a technician that didn't properly do his job. Which in the end cost me an extra night of no ac and double the money.

I have been using Benson Heating And Air Conditioning for several years. These guys give excellent service. Tim, Dan and Levi have all been excellent. I have recommended them to friends and other family members as well. They have always been prompt, fair & honest people.
