Benson and Benson came to my rescue on a Monday night when I discovered that my large ac unit was leaking. The pan was close to overflowing so I needed someone out as soon as possible. They came out within one hour and completed maintenance on both of my ac units for a total cost of $129. The company I have used for the last 22 years quoted me $95 for service call plus $195 per ac unit and that was for next day, not an evening service call. I now have a new ac company! Benson & Benson is outstanding! We have used them several times for a/c maintenance and coil cleanings. They show up on-time (or early) for every appointment. Their communication is excellent, prices are always reasonable, and they don't try to sell you a new unit every time they come out. Frank recently fixed a thermostat issue for us, and they were able to get us an appointment the same day (a Saturday) within two hours. He was out again today to clean the coils and did a great job. He's always efficient and answers all of our questions. I highly recommend Benson & Benson for all of your a/c needs!

Jay is the real deal here and a true pro at AC repair. His knowledge of Trane is impressive. I had two techs come today from two different companies and claim the compressor was bad and to buy a new AC. Something just didn't sit right in my gut and I didn't believe that to be true, so for a third opinion I contacted Benson & Benson, Because of their in depth knowledge of Trane, Jay was able to immediately diagnose the problem with me on the phone, make a simple low cost repair and the AC is running beautifully again.

We are very pleased with Benson and Benson Air Conditioning. Our A/C unit went out in November. They came out and inspected and found:
1. It was improperly installed
2. Rust literally was holding it together.
We had them install a new AC Unit and also add a Nest Thermostat.
They are very trustworthy as we had an emergency and had to leave during the installation. Later we had a few issues with condensation and they came out and fixed and resolved the issues. They also they have excellent communication and are always on time.
We highly recommend!
