I signed up for twice a year maintenance. I had been using another company for the past 3 years but they stopped servicing on Saturdays so I needed to find someone else. I am very happy with Lion Air Conditioning. The job they did was far more extensive and detailed than my previous maintenance. they did a Great Job!

The Lion team did amazing work on my house. My air conditioning set up was in shambles and they completely remodeled the whole thing. We converted from a package to a split unit, we replaced the ducts and vents, we replaced the unit, we did EVERYTHING. This team was beyond professional and helpful. We were recommended to use them by my parents and now we will be recommending them to others !

Called Lion Air yesterday and they were able to fit me in the schedule due to the vulnerability of my situations without AC and 2 small children. Mr. Jerome was on time, very professional, and respectful and the price was right 👍.

From the dispatcher who was able to help me get replacement equipment within a day, as my home system died, to the two techs who came out and installed the new split system, the experience was phenomenal. Lion Air was recommended to me on short notice. I would recommend them to any and all.

They were attentive, provided quality work, were very knowledgeable, and most importantly for me pulled a permit that a lot of other companies did not want to do. Am very happy with their services. I recently had my some repair work performed on my A/C units by Lion Air. The office staff was polite and accommodating on each occasion that I needed to contact them. The repair technician, Mr Jerome was outstanding. Mr Jerome was professional, knowledgeable and worked diligently to diagnose the problem, source the parts and complete the repairs. Have had Lion Air Conditioning work on our AC over the past 4-5 years whenever we have had issues or needed service. They helped in our prior and current home and are absolutely amazing, and affordable. I took quotes from 3 highly rated AC contractors to replace my AC last week. Lion wasn't the lowest price, but Jerome noticed several items that needed to be brought up to code that had not been mentioned by the other 2 technicians. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. Mostly importantly, some controls that had been installed by another contractor were not wired correctly. Jerome returned the next day and spent several hours diagnosing the problem, pulling new wires and installing a new relay, and stayed until it worked correctly. He did all of this extra work and didn't ask for any additional pay. I can't be more satisfied and am now recommending Lion to my neighbor who also needs to replace his AC.

I'm very impressed with all aspect of their service. Very professional friendly and knowledgeable. Jerome explained all my options with details and pictures taken for a new AC system replacement. He and his partner showed up on time and finished an amazing job by the end of the day.

I was very satisfied with my experience with lion, air conditioning company. They came the same day as I called, and did the test to determine what was wrong with my air conditioning. Then they fixed it. The price was not out of this world, I believe it was reasonable for the work that they did. And I am a very satisfied customer. The technician gets a 5+ star, he is a skilled professional, this is my second time dealing with him and both times he’s been accurate on his assessment. He is also patient, understanding and considerate. In regards the overall service I must point out that the office lacks communication, I was scheduled for a specific day and no one showed up, I had to call for updates, which eventually I was explained that the part was not received. The second time, the same thing happened and later at night the technician came and did the job!!!
I must admit that they did put all the effort on getting the part and, even though was much later than the scheduled time, they came and fix my mini splits. I suggest better communication updates but other than that all of the conversations were polite and respectful. I will recommend Lion Air-conditioning for any mini split issues. Good job R. Jerome. So far so good.

Oh wow My guy Jerome is god sent, he came through & diagnosed the problem my mini split was having immediately, mind you most companies don’t even bother with repairs when it comes to the mini splits & he got me back running in the middle of smothering heat in no time, very professional and on time as well, I believe that if all the techs represents the company in the same fashion they’ll be the premier ac company in south Florida in no time, I thank you again for such an amazing job at my moms residence whose recovering from cancer at the moment thanks a million!!!
