I had two visits by Tech Jerome who found to be very professional, knowledgeable and efficient in his job. He fixed my issue with AC in few minutes and gave another visit to install Nest 4th Generation thermostat. Very much satisfied with his work and the Company Lion Air-conditioning for professionalism.

Quick service called in two hours later Jerome was at our house very intelligent when it comes down to air conditioners did a fantastic job very pleasant man. They will be my new Air Condition service.

We never do business with them . They leave trash and debris in front of my neighbor house. Jerome want to install a unit with out permit and the wrong size unit in. Y'all the expert . Jerome trying to get me in trouble with code violation on my property. When u do work know the area for violation

Lion Air was responsive to my questions, had tools available that other ac companies didn't, and even showed up on time. This was in addition to being honest! And, yes, after everything was done they cleaned up everything. Great service from start to finish.

Jerome did a amazing job. Answered all of my questions and found the problem to my water heater immediately. Very kind, patient and respectful. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Will be doing business again shortly. Highly recommend.

Adam provided good quick service fixing a broken shut off valve and Jesse helped in finding the issue with the Hvac not cooling. After a delay in receiving parts, Richard was able to repair the Hvac. Techs and customer service reps were great. The only issue was the long delay in getting parts other than that staff were knowledgeable, friendly and prompt to respond. Thank you all for your help. Nicholas and Juan were outstanding. I had a complex and extensive panel replacement and upgrade done on my older home. It was a big job and i had been putting it off for a while because I never felt comfortable with the technicians and the guesstimates i was getting for the work. Nicholas gave me full confidence in his knowledge and expertise. He gave me a quote and explained everything to me with my options. No hard sell or scare tactics, just professional opinion and a firm price with a guarantee for the work. The inspection process was arranged by the company also. It was all very seamless and i am very happy I choose this company. I expect to call them again and will ask for Nicholas for help with smaller projects in the future.

My HVAC was serviced by Air America technician Leroy Lake today, 10 Sept 2025. Kevin inspected the A/C units on the residential and rental properties I own in Lake Worth. Kevin discovered a large ice buildup in my unit due to a defective distribution fan. The faulty fan was replaced and my unit was returned to service. Very professional and courteous.

A/C tech Jason showed up nice and early, was briefed on the problem with my a/c and got to work to help us out before the heavy season. Removal, cleaning and replacement were top notch. Along with good recommendations at the end of the service, he did a great job. Highly recommended!!

Awful company. You schedule an appointment and no one shows up. You call the company and an AI bot tells you someone is on the way. No one ever came to my house, but they made sure to spam my phone with the survey reminder to leave a Google review! So here's the review. This company has the worst scheduling department and customer service I've ever seen. Don't waste your time, find another company.

Roger Meir did a great job cleaning out clogged A/C drains and was very knowledgeable regarding explaining what he did throughout the inspection and verifying the operation. I gave him 5 stars for his knowledge and description of how the system works and what could go wrong w/o having the A/C system inspected for proper operation.
