It was awesome to have hired All Year Cooling for my new AC. My Tech Advisor/Sales Person Jay was straight, honest, very informative about my home’s requirements. The staff at the office was great too, very responsive and helpful through the process. The new AC was installed the next day, and it completely met all expectations. The technicians (Steve and Steve) were awesome, very professional, and did an awesome work. I’m super satisfied with this company. Totally recommended.

It was no problem getting the install but maintenance has left much to be desired. Not to mention we cannot find the right size filter for this unit in any store.

We have been waiting for a month to “receive a part” to fix our AC unit. Each call, we get the run around. We have experienced two medical emergencies due to the excessive heat and have no idea when the issue will be resolved because no one is giving us the courtesy of a call us back to provide an update.

I am quite disappointed in the service from this company. We’ve been charged and have not received good service. I told the tech something was wrong with the thermostat and he just flushed the pipe for $275! Which did not resolve the cooling issue. Now we are a month with no AC and no resolution in sight.

Since installing new AC unit in April 2024, I’ve had to have the coil replaced due to a leak and the blower motor replaced. ALL YEAR is always responsive, efficient and fixes the problem without any hassle. Their customer service is top-notch. They show up when they promise (or early), often same day or next day with notification of when the technician is on his way with their name, picture and brief history of their experience.

Mario Mauriello came to our home today to fix our AC unit. He provided us with a great professional service. Is the first time that I use All Year Cooling and I will definitely recommend them. I’m a superintendent in the construction industry and I can tell a high caliber company from the beginning. Thank you for your service.

My experience was above and beyond excellent service and very professional and gave me great advice how I will be able to manage and keep clean very patient respectful of property speedy service call Wednesday afternoon appointment next day Thursday love that experience my house is built 65 no air conditioning hot when and cold when cold thank you have a blessed year other question I have a10 years warranty for my repairs I didn’t have to pay for anything ac cooling honest customer service and stand by their warranty thank you again

Each person I spoke with in their office was kind and knowledgeable. They even called multiple times to keep me updated on when their technician would arrive. He explained to me everything he was doing and was so polite the entire time. Would definitely use this company again but only if Luma was assigned to my home. He was the BEST!!!! All Year Cooling installed my AC last year August. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH. But as a woman, I didn't appreciate their workmanship until I had a repairman doing some maintenance service on my unit tell me whoever installed my unit did an excellent job. Thank you AYC.

Our AC was closely approaching it's 10 year. I found All Year Cooling on a Google search and filled out their online form. An agent immediately called and asked my needs and scheduled an appointment for the next day to have a technician come out. Joseph arrived the Saturday and was very transparent. He told me what the different levels of AC were, their costs and what was best for our home. He immediately sent 2 quotes. He also took the time to chat with my husband the next day. By Tuesday we had a brand new AC installed.

Craig was awesome! Called when he was on the way. I was not home so he waited a few minutes for me to get there. Then he went above and beyond once he started working. He replaced my overflow cutoff switch. Flushed my drain. Repaired the drain line and tested everything before he left to make sure everything was working. Great attitude and very friendly. Highly recommended.

I needed to get a replacement A/c. After shopping around I found All Year Cooling & Plumbing had the best Customer Service very prompt only to find out my son had his New A/c installed by them in June and was very satisfied. My initial was with Representative Felix Oscar who was very nice and explained options i.e on Saturday Oct 18th and on Monday Oct 20th the installers Sheldon and Keven were there at my house after 10 am these two gentleman were not only polite but very professional and knew their job from start to finish they cleaned up so well that you would never know that work was being done earlier. The A/c worked perfectly and we had a good night sleep. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good company. Thanks again to Sheldon and Kevin.

I had an old HVAC system from 1997 that came with the house I just bought. After shopping around for quotes, Joe from All Year Cooling shared his expertises and helped us picked the right unit for our home (2.5 ton). He gave us a fair rate for a Ruud A/C and even gave us a complimentary duct cleaning as well since he knew we were doing renovations and we had expressed interested in the service when we asked him.

He explained the financing options they had and we ended up going with them for the installation. installed the unit and they were very open with the process and answered our questions as well

The installation crew came early in the morning and left early afternoon after making sure the house was cooling and the system was functioning as intended. Nick did a great job with the installation. He really took his time to make sure it was done right. Hopefully this A/C will last us for a long time.

I would definitely recommend All Year Cooling for future installations.

I’m not a guy that gives reviews, but I have to in this case. I’ve had All Year Cooling for nine years, two units with the 10 year warranty and they have been excellent. Today the technician Mr. Passang went to take care of my Unit A-209 that was not working. He went on top of the roof to check the unit and change the coil and some other miscellaneous stuff. Good thing it was not the compressor, I tell you these guys are fair, fast and good. I hope that TOM and Tommy realize how good this technician by the name of Passang is. Thank you for that great service!!

I would recommend All Year Cooling to anyone I know. The salesman Joseph Nicolosi was very knowledgeable about the company and the type of AC I would need. He explained to me about the different ac types, how it would be installed and the effects of a new ac in my home. The installation team arrived on time and it looks and sounds great!! The customer service is superb. Last but not least, the price was very reasonable. All Year Cooling is unmatched!! Go with the best!!

Anyone out there that needs to replace or get for the first time an AC System Allyear Cooling are the ones to call reasonable prices great service, they listen to you and give you their recommendations or yeah great customer service how about that. Hey all you great people out there I just got another AC installed yesterday March 14 and just like before these guys did a terrific job here is proof. Hey my friends I just got a UV kit installed in ac unit yesterday March 27 the guy did an excellent job quick and efficient it makes your home smells like that new car smells you all know what I am talking about if you don’t have one call All Year Cooling today

Avoid AYC at all costs! We’ve used them for 15 years, and while they’ve never been great at AC installs and service, they were at least some of the most competitive on new unit installs and the 10 year warranty made up for most of their incompetencies. Personally within our homes we’ve had AYC install 5 units and through referrals another 4 and each install has the service crew out the next day. One of our installs took 13 hours while the technician talked on his phone the entire time. Another install leaked Freon from day one and they blamed the line set, only to discover a damaged condenser. We’ve had years of extended warranties and maintenance contracts due to their admitted screw ups. It gets to the point where you ask yourself is it even worth dealing with them.

For a basic service item like blowing out and cleaning the drain line they will quote you $367! This is a $150 job at most, on a hot day. To those unknowing, $367 is an “FU” price.

My recommendation is to work with a professional company that does the job correct the first time. I’ve now moved all of my rental and personal property to being maintained and serviced with Air Conditioning Army out of Sunrise. They are a stand up and professional HVAC crew with respectable pricing and no games.
