My experience with All Year has been really really positive! I got my AC unit with them a few years ago and have had to do some repairs on it. All Year has been super responsive, have quick turnaround times for repairs and are courteous and easy to work with. I appreciate how quick they can get out to my property and how knowledgeable their technicians are about the systems. Overall a great experience and great customer service. I’ve specifically spoken with Neika and Lauren and have nothing but good things to say!

I would like to give a heartfelt thank you and a five-star rating to the Air Conditioning technician Jevughni who serviced our unit today. Although I was not present during the visit, his communication was excellent—he called to let me know when he was entering the unit, and again after completing the work.
He thoroughly explained what was done and made sure everything was in perfect working order. I truly appreciated how clean and neat he was, leaving no mess behind. His professionalism and courtesy were exceptional throughout the entire service.

We received outstanding service from All Year Cooling. Manager Ron Herrera arranged for Amjed to come by on Thursday night when other AC companies were unavailable. Amjed was very kind and straightforward with us. He explained that repairing our unit wouldn’t be a practical option due to its age—specifically, a 24-year-old air handler and a 6-year-old AC compressor. Instead, he offered us a great deal on a new unit: From a 2.5 to 3-ton model with a 16.75 SEER2 rating, 2-phase operation, and a Wi-Fi thermostat. The following day, a professional team of technicians—Jay and Orlando—arrived on time to complete the installation. They did an excellent and thorough job, taking their time to ensure everything was done perfectly before they left. We highly recommend All Year Cooling for their professionalism, great customer service, and fair, transparent pricing. We are very pleased with the service we received. I would also like to thank my friend Darell for recommending All Year Cooling.

On Thursday January 5 your HVAC technician arrived to install a replacement heating coil assembly. Your technician, Ryan Riggs, arrived later after 7 pm but work continuously from his arrival until he completed his work after 9 pm. In occasionally talking with Ryan, while he worked, I learned that he was a former Marine. I also was in the military during Vietnam. I know that veterans are trained to put duty first and that is what I saw in Ryan's work. Although he did not stop his work when I spoke with him, he remained courteous and explained to me what he was doing. He also went beyond just installing the heater assembly. He saw that the A/C cooling coil was covered with insulation material and said that this would likely result in a future problem unless it were removed. He then vacuumed all of the material out of the coil. Afterward, he installed the heater assembly together with the additional wiring that accompanied the heater element. After he completed the cleaning and installation, he told me that he was finished, but did not even ask to check if everything was working. That demonstrated to me how confident he was that he had correctly rewired everything. Ryan, in my opinion, is the best employee you have ever sent to me when I needed a repair. When I first called a month ago that my heater was only blowing slightly warm air and could not warm our unit, the technician, who came was difficult to understand because english was not his first language. He also seemed irritated that I was even asking him questions. He only removed one metal panel exposing the wiring and, without testing anything, told me that my A/C unit was undersized for my unit and that was why it was not blowing adequate heat. He then replaced the panel and drove away. I knew from previous experience that my unit did provide adequate heating in the past. In conclusion, I want to commend you for hiring such an outstanding and caring technician as Ryan. You need more employees like him (hopefully veterans) and less of employees like the one who was wrong and careless about my heating problem.

I been a customer since 2021. Awesome service every time I call them. Customer service very helpful technician. My ac unit need it motor repair. The next day the tech came in install it. I also recommend air duct cleaning and maintenance with them. Thank you for your service

I had a great experience with All Year Cooling. The salesperson I worked with, Omar, was professional, helpful, and made sure I understood all my options without any pressure. He provided me with a few quotes on different products to replace the old AC setup that I had, and was very knowledgeable on how to resolve the humidity issues I was having in my home. Ultimately I went with a variable speed Trane unit and it has made a MAJOR improvement in my home.

Throughout this process I also worked with the sales manager Ron, who was straightforward and easy to work with, and was able to expedite the installation to the very next day after I decided to move forward with the purchase. I definitely appreciated level of attention and care by Ron to ensure everything went smoothly.

Overall, a reliable company with excellent customer service. Ron and Omar did a great job to respond to me extremely fast whenever I had a question for either of them and I can easily say that I would highly recommend All Year Cooling for anyone shopping around for a new AC system.

I had a great experience with All Day Air. Stephen, who came out to give me an estimate was Super professional, very friendly and knowledgeable he walked me through all the steps it would take to get my new AC purchased and installed. Also, the workers were top-notch! They knew exactly what to do and everything went seamlessly. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I called for an estimate and the person that showed up was totally unprepared. He did not even have a ladder with him to go into the attic to see what the unit was like. I asked him to price four units at different price ranges and the next day he said, I would have it by 12 noon and nothing showed up. I called the next day and they finally sent me three estimates. Then the gentleman who came out for the estimate called me and was totally obnoxious at Best! He basically hung up the phone on me! I called this organization back and asked that the owner give me a call or the general manager give me a call and neither of them responded! I have never had this situation happen to me in my many years and for a company to not care whatsoever or respond whatsoever is amazing! I wanted to do business, but I do like to know what’s going on and I usually in most instances if not all like to get the best price like anyone else particularly I was dealing with high end Air conditioners! I hope someone reads this evaluation and hopefully the owner of the company who should be very concerned will give me a call! Too bad they don’t train their people better than what I had experienced. I was referred to them via another person who I know, and they had a similar Episode with a different person, but when the person came back a second time, they said that person was much nicer and closed the deal. Too bad my person didn’t have enough common sense to follow up appropriately. So again, I am asking for the owner of the company to call me or the chief operating officer to call me. I really wanted to do business, but unfortunately, this company or their representative that came to me feels they can treat people badly and get away with it which in my case is not the case. I do not suggest anyone use this company

So here’s the deal…. My family in Arizona own and operate an A/C business. Naturally, I asked them what I should be looking for. Thank goodness I had them to guide me or I would’ve ended up dealing with the wrong people / company.

See, I’ve been without AC since the beginning of the year. It was obviously getting warmer out and the time was of the essence.

I had estimate after estimate and everyone wanted to charge me for the most inexpensive units with an outrageous price. 1 stage, 2 stage yada yada yada. Anyways, no one wanted to sell me a Trane! “You’re going to pay double” they said…. Trying to intimidate me to not go with Trane.

Go with your gut! I did my research and went to the Trane website and found All Year Cooling! I searched the reviews and I said, let’s see….

In came my salesperson, Mario Mauriello. Out of all the other estimates by far he was the best. I told him, obviously, I need an AC, IT’S HOT 🥵 Let’s not beat around the bush. I’m familiar. Just give it to me straight and he did and he was the best. I signed on the dotted line….

All Year cooling is so professional that when a service person is coming, you get a picture of that person plus their tenure record. Amazing!!! Every single Tech that came to our house was absolutely amazing! 💯 A plus

Oh my goodness, Patrick and his colleague were the ones to do the install. They were A1! They stayed until it was up and running!

Kensey came after as we needed more freon. He was great.

We had Alex come to do some tweaking as well.

Then, Mauricio Arbelaez (From my home town of Chicago). He came to do the Duct work. Incredible workmanship

Finally, to finish it up Kensey came back to put the UV light in.

It started off with Britney, the young lady who took the initial call. She scheduled an appointment for a tech to stop by and give an estimate. Britney is professional, delightful, and she gave valuable information regarding their warranty.

The tech/estimator Jay showed up on time and he was prepared. He gave recommendations and he sent a quote right away. We haven't hired them yet bc we are l still shopping. The price is a consideration, however it isn't the only deciding factor. So far, All Year Cooling has the best customer service and they are the front runner.

This is my second time using All Year Cooling to change out an air handler. The first time was at my condo , second time in my historic home which has a tight space in the attic. I did my due diligence and received estimates from a few different companies. The only company that exceeded expectations with knowledge, expertise, and know how was All Year Cooling. Once again they gave me the best price for the best equipment. They sent professional, courteous installers to complete the job. I strongly recommend them.

This was my first time using All Year and I would definitely use them again. Clive, the technician, was super nice and respectful of my property and time. In fact he showed up earlier than expected. My only qualm was that I was not told in advance how much the service call would be, so I was flying blind there. And the estimate he gave me on site was not broken down into parts and labor, which is pretty typical for service/repairs. It was an all-in price. Hopefully it was fair, since I was kinda stuck on the spot without a working unit. But they seem trustworthy and the AC works now, so I can't complain! What was broken WAS what was broken, obviously.
