As a part of Snyder's maintenance package they had been diligently trying to get in touch with me for weeks. I was not available, however they kept trying and when they finally got a hold of me set me up for the next day to have a service technician out to do general maintenance and inspection.
They kept me in the loop with text messages and Mr Irvin arrived with good timing as I had a busy afternoon. After he did his work we spoke briefly about how to best manage the system, frequency of filter changes and quality of filters.

I needed someone who could come this day to supply the proper hookup for a new gas dryer. I searched Google for a plumber “near me “ and several were listed. I chose Snyder and asked if they could do what I needed and was told they could send someone this very day. Within an hour Anthony arrived and did the job. He was a polite young man and explained many things to me with a smile.

It was very interested to see the vast knowledge that these men possess as it relates to the service they offered. Their customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend and use them again if needs be. Their mannerism was outstanding. They also clean up after themselves, which is very important to me. The system works well so far we have no complain about it.

Steve came by to give me an estimate on electrical work needed. He was professional and patient explaining all the things I need to have fixed. He gave options and pricing but was not pushy. As we are getting quotes if the pricing is similar I would prefer to hire Steve and trust the job would get done correctly. 100% recommendation Steve and his company.

Our AC was installed three years ago by Air America AC. Today the name of the company is Snyder Air, Plumbing & Electric. We checked our AC since once.
We did not have any problem, but we decided to do an another check out of it. The response was quick and the technician Mo Stayem was at our door next morning on time. Mo Sayem did an outstanding job on our air conditioning system. We were satisfied with his job. He was very professional and respectful. His skill to communicate was remarkable. Moreover, I was amazed and impressed with his shoe covers! I don't know how long he will do it. :)) He put them on and off three times, because he needed to do some work on the part of AC that located on the roof. We really appreciate his thoughtfulness and courtesy and kind of rationalization( he left behind absolutely clean place). Thank you.

You’re an extremely nice person and a gentleman. However, you clearly are not qualified to do basic plumbing. Fixing a faucet and an instant hot is probably the most basic things a plumber can do. I spoke with Ezra at your office and he assured me that since I have 2 of the same exact faucets in my bathroom he personally guaranteed that if necessary he will be totally responsible for both the cost and installation of both units. I’ll be calling him on Monday 1/19/2025 to find out when the work will be done to my satisfaction.

Initially I gave them 5 stars because the first technician was great. Unfortunately the first technician did not actually diagnose the issue correctly so they sent out a second technician the next day. 2 days if work I missed because of this. The second technician said they did in fact have to replace a part. He worked hard to find the problem. He told me they would rush order of the part and call me Monday to tell me when the part would arrive and when they would return to replace it. 5 days in a row trying to get a call back since Monday and nothing. They're AI receptionist seems to care more than their actual service person that I was able to get on the phone which is sad. Hopefully I get a call back now.

Called in the morning and Chris was at our door the same day — can’t ask for much more than that. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Pricing is a bit higher than some other companies but honestly the same-day service and peace of mind are worth it.

We had Snyder A/C come and install a 3-ton Trane variable speed system A/C today. First, I really appreciated Mike, the salesperson. He explained about the different A/C I was inquiring about. He always answered his phone and answered all of my questions. Chris, Mike and his crew arrived on time and covered the floor as to not dirty the carpet. They were efficient, they knew what they were doing, they answered all our questions and were friendly but professional.They set up the thermostat before they left and they cleaned up after themselves leaving the areas spotless. So far they did a great job and we love our new A/C. We are happy we went with this company and we will gladly recommend them to anyone who needs a new A/C.

Rickey McClam serviced our A/C system on 12/9. By far, he was one of the best technicians we have had with this company. Rickey was very knowledgeable and quickly solved some long-standing issues we have had with our system. He made sure to arrange for follow up work to be performed before leaving our home. Rickey was a surprising pleasure compared to the myriad of problems we have experienced with this company in the past.

Nicholas was great! He was knowledgeable, efficient, and very kind. I had several electrical jobs and he was in and out in just a little over an hour. Highly recommend!

Alberto came out for our routine yearly A/C inspection and he was fantastic. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me clearly. Because of technicians like him, I’ll continue using Snyder for all my electrical, A/C, and plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am convinced at this point that Snyder Air Conditioning is running a scam.

A tech came out Saturday, told me I needed a new vent, took my deposit, and scheduled me for Monday. No time window given — just "Monday." Monday comes and goes. Nobody shows up. No call, no text, nothing.

I call THEM, and they "apologize for the inconvenience" and reschedule me for Tuesday, 8–9 AM. Want to guess what happened Tuesday? NOBODY SHOWED UP. AGAIN. Then they have the audacity to tell me someone can come out Wednesday. At this point I'm three days without a fix in FLORIDA. In the summer. But sure, let me just keep rearranging my entire schedule for a company that clearly has no intention of actually doing the work.

So I call to get my deposit back, and what do I get? An AI bot. Not a person. Not a manager. A robot. I cannot get a single human being on the phone to return my money.

They took my deposit, no-showed TWICE, and now I can't reach anyone to get a refund. If that's not a scam, I don't know what is. This is Florida — I can find a hundred companies to fix my AC. I don't need one that takes my money and ghosts me.

Save yourself the headache and the money. Go literally anywhere else.
