I had Micheal Kertesz come by today to service my HVAC unit and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He advised me on some tips to extend the longevity of my unit and ensured I had a working understanding of what was being done during the service. Overall, I have been very satisfied with Snyder and their technicians like Micheal K.

If I could give them a zero I would. The lack of communication is astonishing. They set an appt yesterday then at the last min cancelled it and pushed it to today and the appt was suppose to be between 8-12 I had to keep reach out to see what time they were going to be there they didn’t call until 12:40pm to let me know they wouldn’t get there for another 40-50 mins so by this time almost two pm we were very clear with them that we had tenants in the apartment and to please call us and let us know what needed to be done instead we never a call but they ordered a part that we never gave permission to buy and they said it wouldn’t come in until Monday but yet told my tenant that they would come back tomorrow. Again they never called us to make sure that we want them to continue to do the job, never got permission from us to place the order for whatever part that they were missing and it was like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. I would never recommend them to anyone……

Couldn’t be more happy with the installation and experience so far with Snyder A/C. They communicated well throughout the experience and answered every question I had, making me feel more comfortable about my purchase. The representative, Mike, was very knowledgeable and helpful. His experience in the field was evident as he provided answers to all of my questions or concerns.

There aren’t enough star to rate the service performed from the technician, Mr. Gurpreet Parihar, his professionalism is superior and there isn’t comparison with any other of your technicians.

Tyler was fantastic! He was extremely detailed, professional, and knowledgeable about all the services offered by Snyder. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options before moving forward.

I highly recommend Snyder Electric!! It was an excellent experience from the moment I called. This was my first experience with Snyder Electric. I called at 4:45 pm, and I was able to have an appointment for the next day. I received a call 25 minutes before the electrician (Steve Lima) arrived, followed by a text with his name and a photo of him. Steve was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. He took the time to patiently explain everything to me. He reviewed the pricing before he began the work. He diagnosed the problem quickly (corrosion) and fixed it quickly (new outlet, rewiring, new weatherproof bubble cover)! I am so grateful to have power back to our front gate and ring cam!! Five-Star Service!

We recently called Snyder because we were had flickering lights throughout our condo, and I just have to say Omar and Ronaldo were absolutely the best technicians we could have asked for.

From the moment they arrived, they were very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to properly diagnose the issue and even pointed out a few electrical concerns we didn’t realize we had, which we really appreciated. They were attentive, professional, and truly tried everything possible to resolve the problem before leaving.

Since their visit, we haven’t experienced any flickering lights at all!

Scheduled less than 24 hours prior for a technician from Snyder Air Conditioning to come out regarding an AC issue. I received a text message and phone call prior to our technicians arrival. When Jesse Dague arrived he was polite, well mannered, professional and ready to work. Jesse immediately got to work and a short time later was able to efficiently diagnose the issues we were experiencing.

What we assumed would have been an easy fix turned out to be a new AC. Go figure, lol. However, Jesse was able to get us a great price on a brand new AC unit. Despite the unexpected cost incurred, dealing with someone who is pleasant, easy to talk to, respectful, knowledgeable and professional makes it that much easier . Thanks again Jesse for making this experience a great one!

We had a wonderful experience with Snyder. I called around 11:30 am with a laundry list of things that needed work and they were able to schedule an electrician to come out same day between 12 - 6. Steve called me at 1:15 and said he would be to the house by 2:00. Steve L. showed up right on time. He was very kind and very thorough with the inspection. He took the time to explain to us what the problems were and the best way to fix them. Also discovered a pretty serious safety issue regarding surge protection. He knocked out our whole list in a little over an hour and the pricing was very fair and reasonable. Most importantly, he was very reassuring and helpful to my elderly mother. Will definitely be using Steve and Snyder again.

Eric Lee did a great job diagnosing whether our issue was plumbing or AC related. He was very thorough and careful throughout the process. Plus, his communication was excellent—he explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was going on. Great service!

Ac tech Justin T arrived prompt as scheduled! He was very professional and cordial in his introduction and in regards to the diagnosis of the problem and what the solution would be to fix the issues. He explained things clearly and set the expectation for what would need to be done in order for the issues to be resolved. He quickly fixed the issue and was very professional! We will request him in the future if needed again! Thank you very much Justin!

We had a problem with our upstairs a/c that nobody seem to find the cause. We got Michael Ketersz take a look (it was the 4th person looking at it) and he was the only one that could figure out the issue and solved it. It turned out to be something simple that he was able to fix and we have had no issues since. He was great, respectful and honest.

Alejandro was the best technician I have ever had! Not only did he fix my 15 year old unit that was not running, he also gave me a PHENOMENAL PRICE on a new unit! New unit will be installed next week and I have cold air in the meantime. Couldn’t have asked for better service!!!!!

Water leak coming from intake vent/filter housing. Snyder responded to our call on a Saturday morning and arranged a visit within a couple of hours. Great troubleshooting by Rickey M. on 2/28/26. Rickey found leak and took and showed us a video of Evaporator Coil leaking from air handler unit. Explained everything and put in the necessary calls to have Evaporator Coil readjusted and reinstalled.

I have been a loyal customer of Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric since purchasing my home in 2024, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. My loyalty began when my air conditioner stopped working and Rickey McClam was dispatched to my home. From the start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He diagnosed and resolved the issue quickly, and I was beyond impressed with the quality of his work.

Alejandro came out to service my AC and I couldn’t be more appreciative of the experience. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional from start to finish. What stood out the most was his honesty, he didn’t make me feel like he was just there to make money or push unnecessary repairs. These guys are the best. We’ve been using All Year Cooling since we bought our house in 2017 and are loyal customers. Any problems we’ve had they were able to quickly fix and without breaking the bank. Nice knowledgeable techs, friendly office staff, you can’t ask for better.

After getting quotes for a new A/C unit from multiple companies, Felix from All Year Cooling came out and gave us upfront pricing, which ended up being a great deal. We went with All Year Cooling for the install, and a couple of days later they arrived with the new unit. Nick and Greg installed the unit and they were very open with the process and answered the many questions that we had.

There was actually an issue with the brand new unit, and they brought it to our attention. On initial start up, they didn’t like a sound coming from the compressor, so they decided to get another new unit (from 40 miles away) and install it the very next day. Their honesty really showed in the situation and we were pleasantly surprised with the way they handled it.

I would definitely recommend All Year Cooling and especially Nick for the install. Great guy! Great company!

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with the installation of my new air conditioning unit. Both customer service and the technician labor were top- notch. I want to extend my special thanks to Javier, the air conditioning technician, and Mauricio for their excellent work. They were able to complete the installation, removal of the old unit, and duct cleaning all in the same day, which was very impressive. I was also pleased to learn they offer a veteran discount, which I was able to take advantage of. As a veteran, I really appreciate their support.
