This was a warranty job and I was waiting for parts that seem to be coming in slowly. When I called back and spoke to Mike the owner, he made arrangements for the next day for someone As soon as possible to take care of my AC I am extremely grateful. Of course my AC breaks down at the hottest time that we’ve had in months. Thank you M&S for sending out a very nice gentleman who got us up and running in about 30 minutes. Great company and quick response to my issues

Great service with a smile. The tech knew exactly what was wrong, explained what he was doing and quickly fixed the issue. I signed up for their (reasonably priced) maintenance plan as I’d rather take care of the system that keeps me cool in the south Florida than take my chances with it failing.

Wanted to give special thanks to Bert and Nalio for their service. They are two of the hardest working guys I’ve ever had working in my home. They take great care with my furniture and my floors. Even still, At the end of the day when they leave, the place is spotless. Not even one piece of drywall is left on the floor. They explained every step of the process to me. They even trained me how to use the remote control for the air handler. You will be lucky if they are assigned to your job. Five stars!

Comfortly did our AC installation in West Palm Beach, and Miguel was terrific. He explained everything step by step, installed the system quickly, and made sure it was working properly. Miguel was polite and professional. Comfortly made it stress free.

My AC Stopped at 0100 and I called the team at 0800 for service. They were at my house by 0900 and identified the problem quickly. The team on site was very friendly and explained the process along with giving consistent updates.

I called M&S with a problem with my AC at 4:15 pm on Monday and they came out immediately to get it up and running again. Most technicians head home that late in the work day, but M&S was on the job until almost 7 pm for me. That is great customer service!

Jacob was so charming. Cleaned my blower and coil, they also installed a uv to keep growth from coming back. He was very knowledgeable and nice. I recommend m&s to all my family and friends if they want fair prices and good service. 10 stars

My wife and I could not be happier with the service we received from M&S A/C. Edouard our technician was a total professional. He diagnosed the problem and quickly resolved the issue. It is a comfort to know that if we have future HVAC issues we have M&S in our corner. Thank you!!!!

All in all, did an outstanding job cleaning and servicing our split air conditioner and heating system. He also found a problem with dirt in the fan system which was then totally cleaned. The system was then checked for leaks.none of which were found.
All in all, he did an outstanding job cleaning and servicing our system. I will definitely use them in the future.
There was nothing wrong with the unit. It had been 3 years since installation and waiting for something to go wrong is not the way to go. Checking and cleaning/servicing the unit every six month's ensures the unit stays in top condition with no unexpected problems.
