I’m sure the service is great — I couldn’t get to that point because who ever answered the phone on 1/29 was not made for customer service. She was rude, loud, and interrupted me countless times — to the point I just had to laugh and hang up. I was genuinely shocked by how condescending she was. To whoever that was: Please learn how to speak to people and not let whatever is wrong in your personal or work life affect how you treat potential customers.

A/C is reliable & quick to respond when needed. Dom G. our on-site tech is knowledgeable about our system, works efficiently & offers advice when appropriate. We have also signed up for a maintenance agreement & recommend one for everyone as well as calling them for all your HVAC needs.

They have Never let me down. They seem to know what they're doing and they get it done. They have been my AC peeps for at least three years. My AC is in the attic so it's particularly troublesome.

M&S Air Conditioning has always been a company I can count on. We didn't buy our A/C unit from them because we were new to FL but they have always serviced us when we needed help. We buy our yearly coverage from them because they can always be counted on! Great and knowledge techs!

Every one at M&S Air Conditioning are very goo, even Mike. And Sanders has been one of the best. He did a super good and meticulous job in my A/C.

We installed a new Mitsubishi 3-head mini-split system in our apartment. Our experience with M&S was very positive. First, Michael came out, reviewed our layout and requirements, built our system "on paper" while explaining our options step by step, and gave us a quote on the spot. Their services were all-inclusive, including electrical work and permitting.
Once on board, M&S navigated the project through some complicated requirements of the city and our own HOA. Cynthia and the front office staff kept us up-to-date with progress on that front.
Greenlight(s) in place, M&S were right there, having prepped the equipment in the interim. Miguel, Roddi and the field team were professional and efficient and the work was installed in two days. The work space was kept very clean. Best of all, M&S and their electrician was very clever in routing all the supporting spaghetti so that everything was concealed. The net effect for us was only that new units appeared on our walls. The system is quiet and efficient and really does the job--a lot like M&S!

I had a ductless mini split installed and it was a rather good and timely project as there were some complexities we knew on advance. The owner was always in contact. Just after there was a small problem with the condensate pump system which was addressed immediately to my satisfaction by one of the service techs. I was recommending this company even before I decided to use them for my own home.

Amazing service! Terry was great and explained everything very clearly as he went while assessing the problem with my system. He was able to find the leak no one else had found previously, even after multiple appointments! Looking forward to the repair asap!!
