I have been a customer of PRIME AIR CONDITIONING for several years now and I can honestly say, having experienced other A/C companies in the area, that they are the most reliable, honest, hardworking, reasonably priced and customer service oriented A/C company I have dealt with. Gerald, the owner, is very reliable and trustworthy. Time after time, when I've had A/C problems, they've responded promptly and effectively and all their service representatives are professionals and polite. Day, the girl in the office, is a sweetheart, very nice and attentive to customer needs and always a pleasure to speak with. They are also reasonably priced. Stop looking for an A/C company and give prime air conditioning a try!

Primary Conditioning installed our brand-new system in June 2024. Initially, we were very happy with the work and believed everything was done correctly. However, when we needed heat, we discovered it wasn’t working. We contacted their office, and they sent a technician who seemed inexperienced. He worked for a few hours that evening but didn’t resolve the issue.

Since then, we have repeatedly reached out to have someone fix the system, as neither the heat nor the air conditioning is functioning. Despite leaving multiple messages, they have not returned our calls or sent a technician. This level of service is completely unacceptable, Their lack of professionalism is extremely disappointing.

I was told that I needed to replace a dryer vent and it would cost upwards of 500.00...So, I asked Prime Air to come out and look at my situation. I used them in the past, and they seemed okay. The guys told me about the dryer vent, how to maintain it, and what to look out for when it's ready to be replaced. The bottom-line recommendation was NOT to replace the filter. Thus, saving me a lot of money.
They have just earned my business going forward!

Great value. I received 6 quotes and they had the best price for the best equipment. Gerald was very responsive and answered all of my questions. Never tried to up-sell me on equipment I didn’t need. Installed the equipment the day after I agreed to the price. I couldn’t ask for better service and price. I would definitely recommend.

Needed to replace my old R-22 system it was becoming a money pit searched around AC companies and got 5 or 6 quotes wound up going with these guys not only was there price better then all the rest but the owner Chris really did a good job explaining all my options, At the end of the day they went far and beyond my expectations like throwing in all the extras at no added cost . They will be my go to guys moving forward :)

When my 16-year-old AC couldn’t cool the house below 76°, I called Prime Air Conditioning in Deerfield Beach. They scheduled service at my preferred time, and Gerald arrived right on time He was friendly and professional. He diagnosed a refrigerant leak and explained my options. I felt it was best to replace my old air conditioning unit.

Installation was seamless. Gerald and his team showed up on time, laid down tarps to keep my home clean and had the new system up and running in five hours. The office rep, Day, made the paperwork and permitting process simple and stress-free.

Gerald and his team were phenomenal. Gerald first came out to inspect the mold issue I had himself. He was not just invested in fixing the issue by cleaning the air handler and duct system +/- installing a UV light mold deterrent; he was also invested in trying to figure why I might have gotten excess moisture build up in the duct system in the first place, and trying to address this root issue to minimize risk of recurrent moisture buildup in the future. The first person with another company who looked at the HVAC before Gerald did not do this. He was just focused on the mold itself.

After inspecting the issue and coming to an agreement with me, Gerald sent his team out to do the work. They were quiet, hard workers. Gerald in between inspected what they were doing and also worked alongside them. He and his team seem to take pride in a job well done and have a good work ethic, which is hard to come by sometimes these days when looking for a contractor.

Prime AC’s office liaison, Day, was a good listener as well as overall communicator. I appreciate this as some contractors don’t like it when you ask questions or you want to know the details of what they are going to be doing to address the issue. Others just want to say the job is done and get paid for it. Day had timely and good follow up too on questions I asked her along the way in the process. She also had good follow-up to ensure the relevant paperwork was signed and that paid invoice receipts were sent back to me in a timely manner. She’s very relationship-centered and you do not feel you are just another client to just get an agreement signed, monies paid, and move on.

Overall Prime AC has a very professional team, with integrity, caring, and a good work ethic. I was very pleased with the work they did and at a reasonable price compared to other contractors out there. They may have just gotten a customer for life.

Great experience every time. Gerald and his team of all stars are top notch. From fixing my broken AC same-day (in HOT SFL summer!) at a rental property to a recent complete ductwork system replacement, they can do it all. True professionals. Also appreciate how they clean up the job site nicely afterwards. They've certainly earned this honest review and my future business.
