Prime A/C is the best,their honesty goes above and beyond anything else. They are the most dependable company I've ever come across when needing A/C service.With a lot of companies ripping you off you can rest assured that Prime will never do that.Their professionalism and on time service is exceptional.

Horrible company. They do not work clean, did a huge mess, staining walls, damaging ceiling tiles, leaving dirt behind. Although it was in the plans, they refused to install all internal smoke test detectors and didn't want to provide test and balance report after work. Every company I talked to said they provide test and balance after large job. I would NEVER recommend this company. DO NOT USE THIS PRIME AIR CONDITIONING unless you want a horrible job.

My AC was not cooling at all. I called Prime AC and was very pleased with their professionalism and knowledge. They came to my house as promised and were able to diagnose and repair the problem with my AC. Gerald provided valuable information to help me prevent future problems. I will never shop around for this service because Prime AC will be my go to company for always! Thank you Prime Air Conditioning!

I hired Prime Air Conditioning to take over another company supposedly big name in market who came to install a new HVAC but did nothing than big mess. they kindly took over and fixed all the mess They even helped reinstate warranty with Reem after previous company mismatched units and almost caused me lose warranty. Prime Air Condtioning did awesome job. Later i faced minor issue and called them and they showed up in 20 minutes and took care of problem. they very knowledgable and very diigent and you can not beat their prices. I am happy with them and decided to enroll in semi annual maintenance checkup.

Gerald was very professional. He was able to service our AC the day after I called and was on time. He was pleasant and worked very hard to get the job done in a timely manner. The prices are the best around and I will recommend him/ prime AC to anyone in the area!

Chris (Owner) came to my home and quickly diagnosed the issue I was having with an unusual smell coming from my A/C vents and recommended I have my blower motor fan and coils cleaned. Gerald and his assistant came out the next day and thoroughly cleaned my blower motor fan, removed cleaned and reinstalled my coils. I would definitely recommend using this company for all your air conditioning needs.

I used Prime Air Conditioning of Deerfield Beach over the last couple of months on two different occasions to install 2 new 4 ton air conditioning units.

Gerald Dalusma and his team from Prime Air Conditioning far exceeded my expectations. They upped the installation a number of levels from my expectations.

The building inspector came for the final inspection took a look and smiled and asked me for the form to sign. Gerald offered to come out for the final but I knew that this installation was going to pass with flying colors and it did.

The knowledge and execution of the installation and their heart was to make sure that when the job was done that they had met or exceeded my expectations. I had written specifications after much research and diligence, vetted their insurances and reviews and talked with them at length and all I was met with was patience.

The surprise to me was how I not only appreciated how he approached the task at hand and his commitments but how appreciative they were when we brought them dinner and had to pester them to take a few moments for themselves.

I recommended them to an old family friend and they performed on the same level and with the same heart, with appreciation and respect and what I didn't expect is that a friendship would be born.

I even wanted copies of the drivers licenses of ahead of all people who would be on the job and a copy of the approved building permit before the job would start. Nothing was ever a problem for him as he is appreciative and has a heart to please and I could not have been more satisfied.

The efficiency and promptness which my call was taken plus the speed of the initial visit to troubleshoot the problem as well as the expediency of generating the quote for an HVAC replacement were the principal criteria for doing business with Prime Air Conditioning. In addition, the installation was performed professionally, within an expected time frame and most importantly within budget. Gerald and his team take pride in their work, they respect their commitment and they deliver the goods cost/effective.

Such a great experience. Awesome company. Gerald responded very promptly. He came within two hours to install new C-wiring and Nest thermostats for my two HVAC units. He and his coworker were extremely professional and fast. They followed all safety protocols and completed the job in no time. I would certainly hire them again.

if you need anything done with your AC, Prime AC is your answer. If I could give them a 10-star rating, I would. I've recommended them to two friends already. We first used them to replace our AC unit which had died unexpectedly. Prime AC ensured we had a unit that was installed within a couple days at a highly competitive price. We just used them to get our ducts replaced. The job was very complicated, but they stayed until 12am to ensure we had AC that night. They came back the following day to finish everything, and again a highly competitive price. I've never had service like this from any company in Florida. Don't even bother calling anyone else.

I had an awesome experience with Prime Air LLC. Gerald and another tech arrived on time to replace my broken blower motor. I had the exact same problem in August of 2018, but used another company (Art AC and Electric). Although the part was expensive, Gerald only charged me 200 dollars labor for the entire job! This included driving all the way to Pompano Beach from my home in Tamarac and replacing it within a few hours. He also called me to let me know the price of the part before he bought it, and gave me a copy of the receipt. I paid 620 for the same exact job from Art, so Prime was less than 1/3 of the cost! He also fixed my thermostat that was not flush against the wall. He recommended to have my coils cleaned soon, which I will gladly schedule with Prime. I'm glad I found a company that does quality work, treats customers well, and charges a very fair price! Looking forward to future work and saving lots of money! Well done!

I hired Prime Air conditioning to replace my split air conditioning unit at a reasonable price. Gerald, Stephan, Jethro and the staff were excellent from start to finish! They were punctual, professional, friendly and they cleaned up after themselves. My air handler is located in the attic and I know it was very challenging for them but they did their work efficiently. I would definitely recommend Prime Air to my friends and family members.

Prime AC did an excellent job! I had an issue where my compressor outside was not clicking on consistently. I was able to schedule an appointment with them quickly and efficiently. When the technician Stephane arrived, he was very friendly and courteous. He quickly found the root of my issue (it was a bad capacitor) and had the part in his truck. He installed the new one and my ac has been working great ever since. Reasonable prices, excellent service, I would definitely recommend Prime AC! Thanks guys!
