We used United a few years ago to clean coils on our AC. We were so impressed with their employee, Tyrone, that we remembered them when our AC died last week. Called them on a Sunday, the day before Memorial Day and got a quick call back. They arrived next morning right on time. Once again, Tyrone was exceptional. He’s friendly, professional, neat, nice, and explains everything with patience. We had to replace our 21 year old unit, they delivered and installed new one the next day, on time again. I highly recommend this company.

From the moment we called United A/C to the installation of our new AC unit, the whole process was very fast & seamless. Pasquale did a great job on assessing our old AC and options. We had our new unit within 24 hours of first calling to have someone come out and take a look. Oscar & the other techs were prompt, professional, polite & very skilled in their craft. They worked very hard & I never saw them just standing around doing nothing…they worked hard the whole time. The owner even came out to help out the guys! Don’t waste your time with other companies, call Glen & team and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

After moving into our townhouse, our A/C broke. Not knowing where to begin, a friend from NJ recommended United for our repair. Well, a repair turned into a new installation. It couldn’t have gone better. Hard working techs and responsive service. They didn’t leave until everything was perfect. We also had them clean our ducts which was never done. The before and after pictures were amazing. We don’t see the amount of dust we had seen before. Pasquale now comes out and services the unit to keep our investment in top shape. He’s a pleasure to see! Like another reviewer said, don’t waste your time, call United.

Let's start with the office staff! After calling Nicki and Gina they were so helpful. They booked the appointment on the same day and they sent out Scott that gave the best price out 4 other companies we saved over $1,000.00. Scott was professional and really made us feel like he cared about providing the service we needed. Next came the two installers with just 24 hours notice they were on time and also very professional. Robbie and Bill did a great job and explained everything they were doing. The job started at 9:30 am and they stayed until 5:00 to make sure the install was perfect. Great product, great price, great service..thank you all for making this a worry free experience.

I am beyond pleased with the service that was provided by this company. From the time they answered the phone until the time they left my COLD house they were 100% professional. Dominic took his time to explain the process and didn't make me feel like I was annoying him or asking too many questions. He cleaned up after himself and followed up later to make sure all was still working. I know who I'll be calling next time I need my a/c fixed fast!

My experience with this company has been amazing! I couldn’t ask for a better service. They were honest about everything as far as price goes for a new ac system. They offer financing if you have a credit score over 680 and willing to get the job done asap! The owner of the company came to our home and gave us a quote because I know we needed a new ac system badly. He broke everything down and told us what needed to be done. Within a few days, we were able to get a new ac unit and he brought a great guy to do the job named Tyrone. He was very nice and respectful and you can tell he loves his job! I would recommend this company 100%. A pleasure to do business with!

Dominic is very knowledgeable in what he does. He explained everything that was wrong with our AC and made recommendations on what to do to fix it. My mom and I are now aware of the best ways to provide maintenance to our AC unit. We are very grateful for Dominic’s kindness and expertise.

Dominic did a great job on our A/C system maintenance today. He was very helpful, and he gave suggestions on how we can keep our system working in tip top shape. I have been a customer of this company for several years and am on a service contract, which I highly recommend. Every six months they check the system to be sure that everything is functioning properly, and if there are any concerns they fully explain what the concern is, what the cost would be, and for most issues their van is carrying all needed parts. They proactively call every six months to schedule their review, which I like. I highly recommend United A/C.

I seldom leave a review unless I feel it's absolutely necessary. United A/C & Refrigeration has been the only choice for all my home's A/C requirements since we updated our units a few years ago, and we're sticking with them.

They're highly professional, offer fair pricing, are customer-focused, and above all, they take pride in their work with friendly staff. My A/C unit chose to take a break at 4:45 PM on a Friday night in early August in South Florida: "Yes, terrifying." It was a relief to have a technician promptly assigned and dispatched to me.

I would not just recommend United A/C & Refrigeration but also encourage everyone to ask about their preventative plans, which also help save money! I want to express my gratitude to all the staff for their professionalism and genuine care.

Dominick was the best AC service tech that I have ever experienced. He truly went above and beyond the call of his duty. First, he resolved our problem with the clogged drain pipe. Secondly, he noticed that our new AC unit was improperly installed and suspecting that it was never registered and without a permit, he made a call verifying it to be true and preventing us from losing out on our 10-year warranty in time. He also took additional time to re-pipe poor work done from the initial installation; not affiliated with his Company; pro-bono. He performed excellent service and AC workmanship. I highly recommend Dominic.

So we were so lucky they had an after hours assessment appointment available. When you buy your first home, it can be scary, especially in florida when it's always hot and ACs need to run more than usual. We were lucky to find this company. We were also lucky they checked and saw we were still under manufacturing warranty. Dominick was the guy who came over at 9pm after it was raining and bugs everywhere (humidity) to check our unit for why it was leaking and not cooling. Unfortunately we needed a special coil, but they were nice and efficient in ordering it and getting an installation call ASAP. We weren't fooled to spend all this money, we weren't fooled to believe they could fix it and didn't. We have a great working AC and have a maintenance plan that will even extend the life of it in our home. We were really taken care of by the whole team, including the team on the phone. She was kind, helpful, and made sure we always knew what was going on; including Tyrone! Dominick and Tyrone, I would trust them with my home and AC any time.
