I have been using M&S since I moved into my since 1994. This is the third system that that they have installed in my home in 30 plus years and the best one yet. Unfortunately the heat was not working when we needed it this weekend and nothing I did could get the heat to turn on. When I called on Tuesday, they scheduled a service call next day. Joseph the Technician they sent over was just amazing. I described the problem to him and he knew exactly what was wrong. The original installation was complicated due to the thermostat issues. The heat was never checked. In the two years since, we didn't need it until the Arctic Freeze we just had. Brad assured me that he sent the right guy, and boy are we grateful. I heard another cold front coming this weekend.

Mr. Suarez came out here today and did an excellent job of explaining what needed to get done and then executing the proper maintenance and repairs. He was very professional and knowledgeable. This comes to me at no surprise as I regularly use M&S Air Conditioning and they always exceeded our expectations!!

Called M&S on Monday and they had a great technician there on Tuesday morning at 8:45. He was courteous, and professional.He explained what was wrong, fixed it and took photos of what broke. I highly recommend them.

This is the best AC company around, the last company that was servicing my ac told me after my unit stopped working that I needed a new AC system and that mine was old, I laughed because the unit is only 4 years old. I called M&S because their reviews were great and for good reason. They fixed my system told me I did not need a new one. Terry was awesome he assessed my situation and the unit was up and running after they had received the part and installed it. All that I can say is look no further.

I had a repairman come look at a split unit that my tenant said wasn’t heating. It turns out that my tenant simply did not have the remote switched to “ heat “ mode. This took the technician about 2 minutes to figure out, but I was still charged $165. The technician did not clean the units filter, or any other kind of service to the unit. M&S pricing seems a bit proud. For good customer like myself, maybe $100 for 3 minutes worth of work would’ve been enough. I have 3 A/C units serviced twice a year with M& S. I will be shopping around for a new company.

We had an issue with the AC and needed an urgent solution. They came out quick and solved the problem. I will call them for the next repair or maintanence as they have reasonable pricing and the technician was straight forward and got the job done. Thank you!

Very happy with the service visit with M & S Air Conditioning. This visit was part of our service plan with M & S. Our service tech was polite, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. He spent extra time to make sure that our older air handler and compressor units (installed 2009) were properly charged and working as good as can be expected. Truthfully, it's time for them to be replaced. I'm just hoping that this can be put off until winter

We are pleased with the service! Terry is very knowledgeable technician, did his job quickly and efficiently!! Receptionist was also nice and friendly, she helped me to setup appointment convenient for us and even called me back when realized that there is a better time slot available for me! Would highly recommend M&S AC if you need to service your AC system.

Terry is an exceptional tech! We have had a service contract with M&S for many years and it is money well spent. It gives us peace of mind knowing our AC is being maintained twice a year. When we had an issue, they sent Terry the next day and he went above and beyond. He explained everything so we understood what was wrong, was patient when we asked questions, and was very professional and kind. He made sure no messes were made and gave us a wonderful experience in what could have been a frustrating time. I also have to acknowledge Hector because he was our tech for many years and adore him.
