Great experience today with AC maintenance serviced by Trent. Trent and his helper wore covers on their shoes in the house. I was impressed! Many companies do not put covers on their shoes unless you ask for it.
Trent did an outstanding job with my two AC units. He ensured the ACs were clean and flushed out the lines. Luckily he found an issue with the AC fan motor and was able to get it changed out same day. Trent is very knowledgeable about his AC trade and also very nice and accommodating. Thank you

Worst company i have ever dealt with in Florida. They have no idea what they are doing and are constantly asking tec support to help with issues of the units they install.
RAPHAEL and most of the office staff are very rude , unprofessional.
We paid 20k for 2 new units and both units had electrical comunication issues which they caused.
Their work is very sloppy and unacceptable. They spliced wires that they didnt have to and partially installed their own damaged wire so the unit would give ann electrical error. Left coper lines un insulated and exposed.
When asked to come and fix everything even though the units are 2 months old they asked to charge for the service. Even though units are still under warranty for both labor and parts.
DONT HIRE THEM. Been going back and forth for 1 month and still have a non working unit.

Dominic was very experienced and knowledgeable and was able to resolve a problem that others in four other appointments could not. He also took the time to explain how to properly maintain my AC unit to avoid the problem in the future. I am a nurse not an AC technician and he was able to explain what the problem was and how to avoid any problems in the future and did so in layman's terms. He was also able to suggest other maintenance I can perform simply and easily to avoid other problems that can arise. Thank you, Dominic and United.

After getting no response from my own a/c company, I called United A/C and Pete came out within an hour!. I needed a completely new unit and Tony did a fabulous installation job! It was not an easy install situation but he made all the right decisions. They arrived on time, were very knowledgeable and professional and cleaned up everything. The best!

I would give this company 10 stars, as they came out to analyze my air conditioner problem within an hour of my calling them, they were honest and gave me the choice of repairing or replacing, and pointed out that a new law going into effect next year will require a new type of refrigerant that won’t work in current systems and the new systems will cost 30 percent more, which I had no idea but verified is true. Since my unit was over 15 years old I chose to replace it. They came out the very next day and replaced the unit, and charged me literally 25 percent less than the lowest competitor had quoted, saving me literally $2k on the new unit. And had I chosen to replace just the blower motor that had gone bad, they quoted $895 vs competition $1200.00. Pete the service manager and Maggie the office manager were fantastic, and the work crew as so clean that I teased them cause they were literally cleaning fingerprints off the new unit! lol It’s super rare these days to see companies with that kind of pride in their work and honesty.

We have used United for nearly 14 years and have been satisfied with their responsiveness and service. On a couple of occasions, they have missed the appointment dates due to unforeseen circumstances but will advise us if there is a delay or need to reschedule. Their technicians are professional and knowledgeable. We've never had need for a follow up on services or repairs; they are done right on the first call. Our last two technicians were Tyrone and Marco. They were great.

One of my a/c units shut down and would only turn back on sporadically. I called United A/C at the end of the work day and I spoke with Maggie. She was very professional and receptive to my issue. She was able to schedule a service technician for the next morning. She also suggested that we do the regular maintenance on the other a/c units at the same time since I would be due in a month. The technician, Andrew was at the house at the scheduled time and was excellent. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He reviewed the problem and educated me on the reason why the system shut down. He then proceeded to fix the issue and perform the regular maintenance. He completed the work in a timely and made sure the work area was clean. I use United for all of my a/c maintenance and repairs and would not hesitate to refer them to a friend.

I just had a service call which needed parts replacement done today. Tyrone was the service person. He is so fabulous. Not only does he apparently appear to be a great technician but he was so reassuring it was really comforting. Also, he was fastidious about making sure everything was neat, tidy and clean and that I was totally satisfied with the service. He double checked on the unit before he left. I felt the service was very professional and very personal. It was a joy to have his positive outlook on life in my home!
I love the office staff in this company. Maggie and Jessie were so patient and kind in handling my frantic calls!

The office called to schedule the install on Monday, and we needed to postpone to Tuesday, and the office was super accommodating. Excellent experience with United A/C & Refrigeration. These guys are fantastic. I called at 5:30PM for help repairing my leaking A/C and they were at my house in less than an hour to help out.
The technician that came to my home was Robbie, and he's they type of guy that you're happy to see show up to service your home. He was very respectful, and a diligent worker. He took the time to explain, and really cover foundations for what needs to be done and what to look out for in the future.
Very impressed with the quality of service and my A/C is running like a charm. Highly recommend this company.

5 STAR Company all around. Pete Pallotta the Service Manager was absolutely awesome! He was HONEST, friendly and got the job done quickly. We have been searching for an honest company for years now and he came in and did an excellent job. We now have our AC working fine, which is a must in the middle of June if you live in South Florida.

We plan to use them from now on and will recommend them to all our other neighbors as well. Thank you very much United and Pete! You guys are the BEST!

I finally am writing a review. We had Patrick come over for a pipe issue we have had. It was clogged again 30 hours later. He came back and went well beyond with what I expected to figure out what was going on and offer other possible solutions. I am a smart educated person that used to worth in I.T. support. So I know how to identify a thinking support person. Patrick was it. He did everything he could to save me money and clear the problem have excellent knowledge of what was going on. Super friendly and professional.

But all of their guys know what they are doing. Excellent company.

Called United this morning and received great customer service and a time frame for service. Domenic was here on time and he was super professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that was required and diligently worked on the issue until complete. He is a 5 star technician and hope if we ever have to call again he will be the person who gets our service ticket. Thank you for your help today. Much appreciated. Susan

I have an old AC unit that has been giving me issues for awhile now. It would quit cooling for no apparent reason, then start up again after awhile. I called United AC at 9:30am today (Saturday) after I realized the unit quit over night again, made an appointment for a tech to come and check it out and was told they would be here around 1:00pm. Robbie was here by 10:30am, found that the coil was almost 100% clogged, suggested a fix but recommended a replacement which is what I figured needed done since the unit is 10+ years. Quoted me for a new unit, was a few hundred less than I thought it would be, and we scheduled the work to be done in a couple of days. Very quick, friendly and professional.

Update: Tyrone and Marco came out today to install my new unit. They were right on time, and a few hours later, I have a nice new unit installed and pumping out the cold air. The guys were friendly, courteous, and professional. They left everything as clean as they found it, and even made some small improvements to the existing drainage line.

Want to also mention Gina and Maggie in the office as they are taking care of a somewhat strange request I had in paying my bill.

Definitely an A+ job by everyone.

Dominic came out to check on my AC unit that had been leaking. He was quick to find a Freon leak, refilled it, explained what needed to be done, and put in the warranty repair. Very professional, quick, and great to work with.

This company is amazing! They were on time, so Professional, and Explained to me everything they were doing and how to resolve the problem Dominic is for sure the best he’s so nice and detail oriented he made sure everything worked and was perfect! I couldn’t thank United AC enough for their professionalism and Dominic for his tremendous help! I can’t recommend this company enough!
