Air condition failures are much like car failures, untimely and always a pain. That last thing we need is more stress. Elite Air Services spent the time truly diagnosing the problem and once they repaired my concern, stayed and spent the extra time to ensure that their repair fixed my concern. Such a great experience from a new home owner. If give more stars if I had the option.

My air-conditioning went out on a Friday night and John came out Saturday morning to fix it. The capacitor went bad and the dryer rubbed a hole in it causing my freon to leak out due to improper install by the previous installer. He fixed both issues and had a fair price for the work. Great guy!

Extremely knowledgeable , professional , and prompt I was recommended by friends who have used this company , I called 16 companies and EAS was the only one that returned my call. For years my A/c was undersized causing the a/c to run all day trying to cool ,I’d literally watch my thermostat temperature rise with the blazing sun . Finally when the A/C compressor died outside I called EAS , and sent John pics of my A/c set up , apartment size he was able to accurately choose the right size also he quoted me a fair Price now my ac stays 73 all day no matter how warm it is outside

Our a/c stopped working and we didn't notice it until almost 10:00 at night. Since the house was already cooler and it was night we waited until the morning. When we started to call people in the morning, either no one would answer or they wouldn't make the time to help and pushed us out a week to even look at the unit. With my wife and son in the house I wasn't into waiting that long.

I called John and he was able to see us first thing before going to his first appointment. When he got here he was able to diagnose the issue within 20 minutes. Changed a few fuses, found the root of the issue with a bad capacitor on the outside unit and like that the unit came back to life.

He answered every question I had along the way and went the extra mile to clean the outside coils because they looked really dirty. His professionalism, knowledge and quality of service was top notch and I'd recommend him all day long to anyone who needs a/c work. He is the real deal!

My AC stopped blowing cold early one evening. I got Adriel’s name from a friend. He and John came out and determined my 14 year old condenser unit was just about done. They got me recharged for the night and returned the next day to install a new condenser unit. I was thoroughly satisfied with their service and their pricing. Update (8/12/19) - When they installed the new condenser, they found a leak in one of the aluminum tubes in the air handler. John repaired it but told me he could not guarantee the repair due to its location. He also told me that this manufacturer's coils were the subject of a class action lawsuit claiming that the coils were too thin (verified online). AC stopped blowing cold this weekend. John was out here just after noon on Monday and installed a new air handler. Again, very satisfied with the price and extremely satisfied with the service.
