Well Cousins Air, you did it again.. while I really liked and appreciated our long term relationship with "Chris", you were able to find an equally fine young gentleman to take his place. He presented himself with a warm and charming personality and we spoke briefly about my history with Cousins and how marvelous Cousins Air service has been for the last 22 years and I hoped that he would continue. After a bit longer visit, getting familiar with my home and myself. I must say I was impressed with him and I believe he did an expert like job fulfilling the quarterly maintenance. Once again, I appreciate you all and thank you for sending this gentleman.. I will whip him into shape as time goes by..no problem.. kind regards, "Uncle Al"

He arrived on time, covered his shoes, checked all vents fixed all the problems and cleaned up. Our A/C is running perfectly! Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Thank you!!

Terrible service. I just got a new ac installed 2 months ago. It’s pouring water out all over the floor and carpet even with new flow switches that should prevent that from happening. They could only offer me 9-11pm with emergency charges even though I called first thing in the morning. I had them out last week at my other residence with another botched job. Save yourself and use anyone else. So unhelpful.

This was our first service call under our contract. Marco was very pleasant and explained the items he needed to work on.. I hope he will be our service person in the future.

Jake from Cousin Air, Inc. was very helpful. His initial job was to perform annual maintenance, but I told him that the thermostat was constantly turning on and off. He started trying to find the cause of the power outage. He spent many hours trying to figure out what was wrong with our system. He did everything he could, even calling their office to report that he needed help, and a technician, Angelo, showed up and did everything he could to troubleshoot why the AC was shutting off. The problem was not solved. The company sent another technician. Kyle checked the system and opened the fuse box. He checked the fuse at that time and it was fine, but next to the fuse box was a FPL box for surge protection and when that box was turned off it would cut power to the AC system. I called FPL and the technician came out and found that the box was not the problem, he found that the outside fuse box had a bad fuse and was cutting power. We are very grateful to the guys at Cousin Air, who were very helpful and did everything they could to help us. Thanks, guys!

I know this is late notice, but I had a very great experience with cousin‘s air. The technician Mr Daniel was phenomenal. He was extremely helpful and same for Mr Juan, amazing Company well known in Boca definitely going to recommend them to people.

The service from Cousin's Air is excellent. They have been very responsive and sent a technician for emergency repair the same day even on weekends. The technicians did a thorough job cleaning the air conditioner.

I called and they gave me an appointment for 1am to 3:30 am it’s now 5:07 no one ever called me, after 6 calls to them.
I have been a customer of there’s for over 10 years, I will never ever use them again. What good is having a company that when you really need them they done thru to you.

I requested a tech/sales person come to evaluate my existing A/C systems and recommend solutions for the problems i am experiencing. Jim Desroches arrived on time after calling to confirm the appointment. Jim is polite, professional and truly interested in educating the customer without any sales pressure. Outstanding first impression of this company.

The technician notified me 30 minutes before he arrived. He introduced himself to me and after showing him the equipment locations, he performed the necessary steps to get our equipment working to its full capability. Christian was prompt, courteous and professional. I would absolutely use Cousins again.
