Great service. I called them this morning and they came within a couple hours and fixed our AC.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jerry to resolve two issues with our home cooling system. Firstly, my house wasn't cooling properly, and secondly, the filter was not able to be replaced easily.

Jerry arrived promptly and quickly assessed both problems. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that I could understand. For the cooling issue, he identified a problem with the condenser coils and made the necessary fix and reloaded the coolant to ensure my home reached the desired temperature efficiently. As for the filter replacement, Jerry not only replaced it but also made modifications to the condensing drain pipe, making future replacements much easier for my wife and I.

Jerry's professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend Above Air Inc and his services to anyone in need of HVAC assistance. Thank you, Jerry, for your excellent work!

Had an issue with a property I’m try to sell, and I needed the AC system fixed, quickly. Called Above Air, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Their technician, Jerry, arrived right on time (early, in fact), was polite and helpful, and within just a few minutes he’d diagnosed the problem and repaired it. I couldn’t be happier with the service, or the price. I would use Above Air again, and I would recommend them to friends and family.

Great service! guys came out and took care of my Ac motor , installed it and now my cold A/C is back. I'm happy I purchased the extended warranty on my system, it was hassle free and the security of not having to pay for the repairs. If you are buying a new Luxaire system from them buy the 10 year warranty , best value in the market. You wont regret it.

Did a great job with Jerry (technician) from Above air. Was there on time 8.30am. Did a full review of the AC system to find where was the problem. Needed a replacement. Did it on the same day using help from Above air. We had a last visit checking the filter. Everything came back as new. Great guy, knows the Carrier system and can fix it. Thanks Above Air.

I should have checked the reviews of this company. I know I am too late, but I hope this review can help someone else so that they do not make the mistake I made.
I contacted Above Air Inc. because another company recommended it to me. I wanted to get their opinion on an issue that I am having with my air conditioner.
Prior to contacting Above Air Inc. I had two other companies that had checked my unit and both companies told me the same thing, the condenser coil has a leak. I called Above Air Inc. and told the lady on the phone that two other companies have already told me that the condenser coil has a leak, and I wanted their view on it and possibly work with them on repairing my unit since they were recommended.
She told me it would $90 if they can fix the issue. She added, “the $90 will be applied to the cost of the repair”.
I agreed and made the appointment. Today, I received a call from another woman from Above Air Inc. She tells me that the technician is at my place and needs to pump in freon to confirm that the leak is coming from the condenser coil, she continues to tell me that it will cost me $400 to do that. She asked me if wanted to go ahead and do it.
I was shocked. The two previous companies did not charge me a cent. Not even for the call. Do not get me wrong, I understand if I must pay for the service call but to put in freon into a unit that has a leak does not make any sense and worst of all to want to charge $400 is insane.
I declined and they charged me $90 for the service call. I lost $90 but I learned that this company is not a company I would recommend to my family or friends.

Jerry installed our unit 2 years ago. He came back today for a service call to which he explained it was a simple fix. No gouging or taking advantage. We really appreciated his help but even more his integrity! Thank you Jerry and Above Air!

Not sure where the disconnect was but they gave me a quote on a new ac, cheapest brand, after a service call. I replied asking for quotes on different brands, higher tier=more money. Called office to follow up twice and they ghosted me. I specifically told them I got cash in hand ready to go but wanted a better unit than the economy, cheap brand. Good news is I got a $500 better offer on a better brand from Koltec 2 hours after I called plus they are building me a new box for my airhandler. Guys just respond to people, its just so disrespectful to not communicate with someone in need of a crucial service.

For my request, the office called me when the technician was a few minutes away. When I showed up, Christopher was already there waiting patiently. He came in and introduced himself very positive and pleasant to speak with and shared tips. Thank you

We've been working with Above Air for several years and trusted them to put a new air conditioner in our home. Since then we have them do a tune up twice a year and make sure the lines are clear.
This morning's appointment was to be at first call and Jonathan was at the house at 8:10.
Excellent company, and we would recommend them highly.

Called for repair and they sent 2 technician within hours and repairs done promptly at no cost with my no hassle extended warranty I purchased when they previously installed a new AC unit.
