We've been doing some home renovations & ran into a few issues with our AC system. Every time we've called, Adam has picked up right away and made himself available-even during an emergency, he came out immediately.
He truly cares about the quality of his work & about his clients. At one point, we asked if we should replace the whole system, but he recommended fixing the issues as they came up instead. That level of honesty and integrity really stood out. We highly recommend Air I Am!

Adam and his team saved the day …again. We have been doing some maintenance on our AC unit since we purchased the house 6 months ago. A couple days ago our 20+ year AC unit finally died. Adam showed up same day! He gave us a quote and to be honest we did do some quotes with a few other companies a few weeks prior. Air I Am price for whole AC unit was very reasonable. In addition to that, I have read excellent reviews on the brand Adam recommended. Overall we are happy and glad our AC is working properly. No more late night maintenance concerns!! My husband and I highly recommend Air I Am and shout out to the gentleman from Adams team that did a wonderful job and worked hard to install the large unit!! Well done!

I recommend not signing up for the plan because twice within 1 week I called during normal business hours and I was told that I could not have anyone come out to me same day (but totally available after 5 PM for $200 after hours fee )even though I have signed up for the yearlong plan. Also, the problem was not fixed and within two weeks, I had a different guy come out and told me nothing was done And that the drain lines were still clogged as the work was only partially done so my AC stopped working and I can’t even use the subscription service. At this point it’s better to just watch YouTube and figure it out yourself.. I called him in the morning the day off, but he said he can only come at 5:15 which is 15 minutes after hours so I would have to be charged - he also put me on a payment plan and said that unless I take this review down, he will keep charging my card every month, which I’m pretty sure is extortion

Contacted Adam on Wednesday morning for a price to come out and look at my unit. He was out with in hours, he was very patient with us and my situation but in the end he fixed my problem with in 10
Minutes and my house was back to cooling again no more hearing the fans, and feeling sticky from the humidity. Thanks Adam would definitely use in the future if needed!!!!

What a breath of fresh “air” (pun intended). So many AC techs are flakey and hard to trust but he showed up same day and handled everything quickly. He was also real with us and warned us we would likely need a replacement soon giving us time to save and prepare (our AC was very old). When it ultimately died we had a replacement within days and this was between Christmas and NYE! As a real estate agent I have dealt with many AC techs over the years and I will be referring my business to Air I Am going forward.

Once again Air I Am has come through when I needed them. This time a clogged drain and flooded room, on Thanksgiving. Romaine came, diagnosed and had everything solved within an hour. Adam and his team have replaced several AC units, 2 hot water heaters and unclogged multiple drains for me here and always with prompt, respectful communication and clean work. They never leave a mess like I have had with many other companies. Prices are always fair. I will only use this company as long as they continue to offer service like this. Thank you Adam and team!

The owner came out and charged me close to $500 to fix a blocked drain line it didn't do anything after a few days I had the same problem.
Since I signed up for the maintenance plan the same day as the service, he said would come out without charge but he refused and insisted on after hours so that he could get paid I told him to cancel my subscription because you didn't fix the problem and I don't want to work with you I wrote him a review with pictures under my name Charles Schwartz he called me right away and told me that the only way that he will not keep charging me is if I take my review down I said I will not do that because it was honest with pictures and proof here's more proof that he keeps charging me unless I take the other review down which is straight up extortion-be careful giving your credit card he will set you up on a payment plan for life whether or not he actually does the service

Owner Adam and his team of technicians provided outstanding service. They were efficient, highly skilled, and reasonably priced. Adam went above and beyond to explore different solutions at various price points to fix my AC problems. The company is also very responsive, always returning calls promptly.

Air I Am Air has been fantastic to work with. They’re always reaching out with helpful reminders for service, and their maintenance program makes everything so easy and worry-free. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been personable and professional, and I love that the owner himself even comes out sometimes to handle service. Truly a reliable and customer-focused company.
