I had one of the worst experiences with this company. The tech, Adam, sold us a maintenance plan for an AC unit he knew he couldn’t service. When we didn’t agree to purchase a new system from him right then and there, he stopped making any effort to help.

From there, the situation got worse. He became rude and condescending—not just toward me, but also toward my husband. He made unnecessary, unprofessional comments about us “making bad decisions” simply because we didn’t immediately agree to spend thousands of dollars through him. His entire attitude shifted the moment we questioned anything.

This wasn’t just bad service—it felt manipulative and disrespectful. We reached out for support and instead got blamed, pressured, and dismissed. There was no effort to problem-solve, just repeated pushes to buy his product.

Dealing with this company has been a stressful, exhausting experience. If you value transparency, professionalism, and basic respect, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

As you could see he didnt even try to help when I told him I felt like a cash cow more than a customer and he proved my point.

We have used Air I Am as the exclusive provider for our HVAC needs for the past two years and they have responded to all of our requests for service in rapid fashion. We couldn’t be happier with regard to the professional care and service that have provided us. We began using them when we purchased our unit at the recommendation of the previous owner who spoke very highly of them for the years they resided here.
Now we are currently using Adam to replace our existing unit as it is at the end of its serviceable life and we are looking forward to a long cool relationship with Adam and Air I Am.
PS: We also use Air I Am to take care of a second unit we also now care for. Great service.

Highly recommend Air I Am for your air conditioning needs! Called them on Monday about our unit that was having some serious issues. Adam came out Tues and by noon on Friday had installed a complete brand new unit at a fair and reasonable price. Very honest and easy to work with. And we did the whole thing long distance as I live in Mass.

For years my Mother used another service and I was never really happy with both the service or the prices so I decided to call Air I Am. Michael came right out to check our poorly operating and badly leaking unit. He saw several problems with both the unit and the original installation and gave me prompt intelligent options. We agreed on replacing the unit with a new Trane high efficiency unit and he got me scheduled in for the very next day. He and his crew showed up on time and ready to go. By the end of the day we had cold air blowing throughout the house like never before in the 30 years I've lived here. And this all in one day, despite replacing everything in a very tight attic and removing, not only the old A/C system but another previous system left there 15 years ago that I wasn't aware was still up there. Michael, and Mark and Danny worked very hard and I could not have been happier with the service, the equipment, the price or comfort of my home since.

One of the shut-off valves for my washer started leaking. I called Adam and he came the next day and fixed it for me. He is kind and efficient. I highly recommend Air I Am.

Adam was fantastic! He was able to fit me into his schedule, same day, to replace a water heater that went out and flooded my garage. He communicated with me throughout the day with updates about his arrival and arrived just as he said. Adam also helped me navigate my warranty exchange at Home Depot and both returned and collected the units. The installation was quick and he even cleaned up the area and took away the big box that the new water heater was in. If I have any plumbing or AC issues, Adam at Air I Am will be my go-to. I had an A/C emergency this past Friday and needed the entire unit replaced. Adam responded fast, gave estimate and scheduled service the very next day. The technician showed right on time, was very thorough and detailed. Everything at a very reasonable price. Thank you guys for an excellent job!

After wanting to replace my ac unit, I called 5 different companies for estimates. Adam with Air I Am was the only one that skipped the whole sale pitch and just got right to the point. He went over clear suggestions and options and was able to beat all other estimates given to me. As of yesterday, I have a new unit. He gave his cell # and was always easy to reach. I would definitely recommend this company if you want quality work without all the sales pitch BS.

I have only met Adam once in person, however, when I woke up the other morning with no AC, he was very helpful and was able to have someone at my house within hours even though it was a weekend!
