I was impressed with the speed and quality of work. Clean and efficient. Very friendly staff. I asked suddenly to add air purification and done they can do it on the spot. We were in need of new AC system and water heater and I asked people in my community and Air I Am came up. I called and spoke to Adam who is the owner who set up an appointment for Jay to come over and give us an estimate. Today Keneil arrived to install the AC and by himself did a wonderful job. Adam installed the new water heater yesterday.
I have to say from the beginning to completion they were all very professional and did an awesome job. I would highly recommend using Air I Am for your AC and plumbing needs.

Excellent experience overall. I called Adam, explained my problem, and had a diagnosis and a new unit installed within 3 days for a phenomenal price. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Finding an air conditioning company with this level of responsiveness is very difficult here in Florida and I feel lucky to have had Air I Am recommended to me as well.

Our experience with Adam was a complete disaster, and rip off. We called Adam as our AC wasn’t working for a couple hours. The outside unit stop working. Adam came over, and first thing he looked at was the thermostat. He raised the temperature, and lowered it. The outside unit started to work, he explained it that it was due to a voltage issue and the problem wouldn’t happen again. I paid 100 dollars for this, for two minute of work. That was fine until he left and the same problem happened. I called him and he didn’t want to come. Gave some excuse and that he will contact us for an appointment. I ended up calling a different company that diagnose the issue for it being the flux capacitor. The person who diagnose my issue, I explained to them what Adam explained to me was the issue and the ac company told me that Adam lied to us that their no such thing.

Edit: funny how he replied saying he doesn’t know who we are and this is a fake review. I just updating this to include a photo of him calling three times this morning after posting this review. This dude is a fraud.

I highly recommend Air I Am for air conditioning service/maintenance. They are prompt, professional, friendly, and most importantly honest with their recommendations. Pricing is very reasonable as well. I would not hesitate to use them as your air conditioning company.
