Fantastic job. Professional, friendly and prompt. Definitely doing business with them again. They redid the drain line of my AC and works great!

I called this company for an installation. They sent Jason to come by. He arrived two hours late. Keep in my mind I have a newborn it was very hot inside my home. Upon arrival he had a very strong odor of weed. He also took multiple smoke breaks. Knowing the urgency of me needing my ac to work. I asked him if he didn’t mind taking as many breaks and he responded very rudely and seemed as if he had an attitude. Customer service is everything I wish they would’ve sent someone who has a little bit more respect for other people time and home.

Excellent people to work with ! Waled responds quickly and explains why and how something needs to be fixed or replaced and charges a fair price. He checked if the part was still under warranty for me without me asking. I would definitely suggest them to my friends and family.

These guys are amazing, incredibly responsive and most of all honest. Walid and team have always been there when we needed them. And unlike all these other AC companies they come to solve a problem, not upsell you on new equipment when you don't need it. We've used them multiple times and they are truly the best, prices are fair. Highly recommended.

After calling a few different AC companies for an issue with my unit freezing, Best AC Services provided the best advice and the best service out of all of them. They were prompt, responsive and fair.

They also took the time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it, which was very educational especially as a new homeowner.

I called this company at 9pm to see if I could get service to fix my AC that stopped working and Waleed answered the phone and booked the appointment for the next day. He was very professional and provided great service including a very reasonable price to fix a very old unit. The name says it all !!! This company is very friendly and efficient. When speaking with them they took the time to explain everything throughly. They will give you many options to fit your budget. We ended getting a new unit cause the one we had was very old and wasn't worth the repairs. They completed the job in a day! And after they were done they go out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied. Thanks again guys.

I received service 5/28/24and anytime I’ve called for service they follow up with do you need us today or do you want to schedule for later date? I set up for service check before going into hot summer and they were here on time as scheduled. They didn’t find any failures or try to charge me for something not needed. Sent me service call ticket , paid it online through the link and received a follow up satisfaction phone call. Will recommend for all a/c concerns! Thank you for the great service

I selected Best AC to replace my old system on a recommendation from my nephew. It helped too that they offered the best price! After the installation on Saturday , I had a couple of issues which I reported on Sunday. On Monday, Hadi came out and after a thorough analysis, was able to diagnose and fix the issues. He was patient and professional, explaining everything as he went along. I couldn’t be happier with the new system and the outstanding service I received from Best AC. They’re my AC company from now on!
