Great contractor for municipal jobs

Very nice and helpful people.

I have been unable to reach them. No one answers the phone. I stopped an employee, which said they would leave a phone number at my home, to reach their company, but didn't.

They only seem to hire Spanish I only saw one black or Caribbean

Destroyed my sprinkler system, parked heavy equipment on my property, and has don't nothing to fix it. Some people got entirely new lawns and irrigation, my lawn/sprinklers got ruined. Now to replace all the grass will cost over 2,000 and I have $500 in sprinkler repairs not to mention 4 full days of digging up broken pipes and repairing them. Extremely unhappy this company will not respect you or your property.

We are one of their vendors, doing tree work, and stumps, and they treat us like royalty, so they treat vendors great, imagine what they’ll do for customers!!!

Review Title: Extremely Unprofessional Service

I had a very frustrating experience with Prajwal and his team. They entered our property without our consent and performed work on our driveway, replacing stones that we never agreed to not matching our driveway. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to clients.

Despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone and email for clarification and resolution, I was met with complete silence. This lack of communication is unacceptable and shows a disregard for customer service.

If you're considering hiring this company, I recommend proceeding with caution. My next steps will involve legal action if this issue is not resolved promptly. I hope others do not have to experience the same level of frustration that I have faced.

After a thorough check-up, my A/C is running smoothly again. The technician arrived promptly and was knowledgeable, explaining each step of the maintenance process. It's reassuring to know everything is functioning optimally, especially with the warmer months ahead.

We had a leak in out unit and they were here first thing in the morning the day of our appointment. The tech was really nice and professional and explained the whole process. The a/c is no longer leaking and is actually feeling cooler. They were awesome!

I am a Professional Fireman, and Above Air Inc is supposedly owned by a Fireman. They serviced my 8 year old A/C unit for 3 years (yearly service). I trusted there judgment on what needed to be done, and maintained. They would always upcharge the yearly maintenance saying something was wrong with my unit. I found out when my A/C completely shut down they did in fact not clean the coil system on the outside condenser, and not maintain the unit properly. This in turn ruined my 8 year old unit. Had them come out, charged me $80 just to come out and said “its under warranty” That will be a $1000 to fix and a week to get the part. Was going to do a new A/C unit with them until I got a second opinion from Air Around the Clock. This is when I found out Above Air Inc never did the yearly maintenance when they came out. Spoke with the owner and said please don’t cash my $80 check being the fact you ruined my unit. What did they do cash my $80 check. Please don’t use Above Air Inc you will get ripped off.

Chris from above air did an amazing job, super polite and kept us in the loop with everything about our system and the who what where and why's of issues with it.

Above Air is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with, period. They are completely honest, competent and trustworthy. I have dealt with both incompetence and fraud on the part of other firms, and now will never risk using anyone other than Above Air. No unnecessary services, no games - just great service at great rates.

These guys are great! They replaced the a/c unit at my rental property but there was an issue with the new thermostat. They dealt directly with my tenants until it was resolved. They made the experience for my tenants very easy which made my life easy. I highly recommend Above Air.

The Technician was on time for the appointment. As he serviced the equipment he took great care in ensuring all the components were functioning properly. He also cleaned/vacuumed the entry points and changed the air filters. He readily answered a couple of questions I had Re: the equipment.

This was my first experience with Above Air but it certainly won’t be the last. I’ll be a returning customer. I would recommend this come to my family and friends.

Repair person was on time and very courteous

Jonathan was our service tech. Intelligent, thorough and competent. He explained every single issue that needed repair in clear detail and showed me exactly what he was talking about. Extremely courteous and considerate. Excellent service!

I could not be more impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of Above Air. The office staff was friendly and professional. The service man came out quickly. He was courteous and helpful. We had an old wall unit that was outdated and replacement parts were unavailable. Joe presented all our options and even loaned us a portable unit while we were making our decision. This company is top notch.
