I recently tried to make an appointment with them and they turned me down because I live in a condominium building over 4 floors.
How very strange.

Cousins Air is always quick to respond to an emergency situation. They provide excellent service and knowledgeable technicians. Always a pleasure dealing with them.

We recently had a great experience with Levenson Jean, technician, who got here early for an A/C problem and
solved the issue in about 5 minutes!
Very happy to have our service maintenance agreement with Cousins Air and have received very good and very prompt service.

observant and quick to see the problem and fix it....all that was
great news - and he was early - for an appt that was scheduled
for hours after he had come, fixed the problem and left us happy with A/C for a great night's sleep in the comfort of our home.

Cousin's Air was great. They were supposed to come on Monday but texted that they had a cancellation and could come today (Friday). The technician gave us plenty of notice when he was on his way, was very knowledgable and professional when he arrived and fixed our issue right away. I highly recommend.

Today Cousin’s Air sent two young technicians, Stitch and Rob. They were very professional, polite and well trained. The problem was solved and everything explained to us. I like and trust this company, they are already preparing the next generation of specialists!

The overall experience with Cousin's Air was very good. I had a completed installation on March 18th of 2025 and I wanted to wait to assess the all around performance before updating my review - due to the fact that I had not one but two terrible experiences with other AC companies.

It is incredible how far the quality of customer service and business integrity has fallen but I am so grateful that I found the Cousin's Air team.

The installation was handled efficiently and the process of evaluating the problem was a bit of a challenge but this team stuck with me and helped me understand the nature of the problems from start to finish.

I really can't say enough about their commitment to awesome customer service - Carlton was incredible and patient with my questions during the install. Jason helped me go over literally EVERY option I wanted to consider in the process of considering repair or replacement. Jerry came out to help us complete a general service/maintenance on the working unit that did not need repair or replacement and helped identify the problem that not one but two competing companies failed to even care about.

I must commend the crew from Cousins Air Conditioning, Deerfield Beach, FL ,that installed 2 a/c systems at my home today. Arrived at 9 and left at around 6. They were conscientious and wasted no time getting the job done and did it very well.
The systems they replaced were incomplete in that none of them had emergency drain pans. Now they do! No more damaged floors and ceilings!
They protected my home while working and cleaned up before leaving.
Also helped me with the Lennox app on my phone and with the new thermostats. All new to me.
All the technicians were polite and helpful. I learned a lot. I could not be happier with the experience!
I’ll recommend this company to everyone I know and everyone I come in contact with.

This is my third annual service with Cousin’s Air. The technician Angelo again did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and professional. He explained exactly what he was doing, and it is obvious that he takes pride in his work. I will again request that he come back for my next service.

Cousins Air has been professional in their service. When an issue came up, Cousins remained engaged and brought in outside specialists to address it. They also did a great job correcting the installation part.

I bought and serviced my air conditioner with a company called Cool Bear, however, this company has been closed as of June 2025. There is a condenser/coil leak so I called Cousins and purchased 2 service visits. The technician came out and told me that he did not have a brush to fit in the coil, and said he will try to do the maintenance but I need a coil clean and the price was in the $500s and he will send a quote to my email. I called twice about making an appointment but they said that I need to approve the quote. I called today because I could not find this email. They had the wrong email, so they send it to my correct email. Wow! What a shocker? The quote that they send me was $822 for coil cleaning. I told the person that was not the price that was told to me. Her response was, "I dont know what was told to you but that is the price". Please beware of this company because they verbally say one price and send a quote completely different. Unfortunately I have to deal with them for one more visit in 6 months and hopefully my air conditioner will be really serviced.

Donald Fritz was very professional and knowledgeable about the offerings and he took the time to explain all the options. I highly recommend his service.

I purchased 4 HVAC systems from Cousins Air in 2019 and have always maintained it with them. They are overpriced, but I thought it would be worth it for warranty and other aspects. The AC has had its issues over the years, but the service has become unbearable. Last time they came they did a repair and without even knocking on my door they did a repair and charged my credit card without authorization. I called twice to try to dicuss it with a service manager and they said they would call me back (in two different reach out calls I did to them) but no one ever did and I had to go to my credit card company to submit a claim on the charge, which was over $500 for a simple repair where parts were included. They used to be better but I think they have gotten too big to provide good service.
