I had a great experience with Diamond Appliance from first contacting them who was referred to me by Lg. I explained the issues I was having with my ice maker and the scheduled a tech to come out and replace it. Not only did I get Pete D, I got his apprentice also. (Sorry forgot his name) But he replaced the ice maker with little instruction from Pete and then ran an operational test. After a short conversation about my other Lg appliances. Pete patiently walked me some simple things I can do to keep things running smoothly. Thank You Diamond Appliance!! I will recommend your company to everyone needing help with their appliances.

I had a service tech from a different company twice to resolve the problem but he could not. I was prepared to return the fridge and get my money back or replace it. Pete D. from Diamond Appliance Repair nailed it within 60 seconds...give him a promotion and a raise. He should be running the place...

Anthony repaired our dishwasher for us. He was very nice and very professional. We felt confidence in his ability to fix the dishwasher and comfortable with him in our home.

Dan came to our house as our ice maker quit working in our Samsung refrigerator. Dan was very pleasant to work with and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. The part was ordered and he came back two days later to install the part. This is the second time we have used Diamond Appliance Repair and we have been happy with their service both times.

Called when my dryer was making loud noises. Diamond sent Dave H for our repair. Repair was scheduled for a first call 8-10 a.m. Dave arrived on time and completed the repair within a hr of arriving leaving me plenty of time to bring the kids to school and for me to get to work. We had a good experience with our Diamond Appliace repairman. Anthony was prompt, knowledgeable, and respectful. He's a very sharp technician. We had an LG refrigerator that quit cooling 5 years after we bought it. He found out the problem right away and we appreciated his knowledge so that we could make a decision about whether to repair or buy a new one.

Dan just left my home after repairing my LG refrigerator. From first contact to completion, Diamond appliance repair gave great communication and Dan was awesome and even explained some of the refrigerator features and maintenance advice. Highly recommend asking for Dan to do your repairs.

After our dishwasher died on us I put in a warranty request and Diamond Appliance Repair was able to come out the next day to determine what was wrong and order the parts. Anthony, our technician was kind and respectful, he answered all my questions honestly and explained everything thoroughly. Once the parts were ordered and came in Anthony came back to complete the repair and was done quick and left my kitchen very clean! Highly recommend for warranty or non-warranty repairs!

My 5 year LG refrigerator stopped working. I suspected a damaged compressor as they are known to go out in this brand. Fortunately, it was under warranty and LG had Diamond Appliance Repair, LLC as the service company. Although LG was less than responsive (took a few calls), this all changed once Diamond was contracted. The office was very communicative with my appointment date and time and the technician called me, as agreed, when he was on his way. Although, it was the Certified Master Technician Pete D. that was the real superstar. He quickly diagnosed that it was, in fact, the compressor and set off to replace it immediately - all for no charge. It only took minutes to recognize this technician is something special - every thing he did to that refrigerator, from soldering the lines to hooking up components, he performed an inspection test as a quality control to make sure that everything was done correctly to ensure performance and his repair work. I was and still am impressed and appreciative that Pete D was the person to come to my house that day. He really is a Master Technician. I have nothing but positive to say about him and Diamond Appliance Repair LLC.

Pete is the man! He had to come out twice because we needed to wait on a part to be ordered and but times I was scheduled to work. Ahead of both visits, Pete gave me plenty of notice so I could leave work without having to sit around all morning. Then when he was there, Pete was friendly and explained everything about the repair with the patience of a saint. He was even friendly with our two dogs! Thanks so much Diamond Appliance!

Professional and courteous. Communicated with me keeping me updated on the status of the parts needed to repair my range. The technician was professional and didn’t leave a mess behind. I would definitely recommend them in the future and we will call them if I have any future needs

I've used this company for many years! My reason for this review. I scheduled for a technician to come out, and they arrived on May 13, 2025. I scheduled for my washer to be repaired. It would fill up, but not spin. Pete was my technician and he pretty much stated it was a couple of things. Let me just add the estimate if they would have fixed it.

I waited for a second opinion because I'm saying to myself OMG! I might as well get a new one. My washer is only 4 years old and wash damn good and I just didn't want to take the chance and junk it. Well behold, today was magic. My husband order a belt from Amazon for $8.00 and had our handy man repair it. I want people to really understand this review. This is not to bash this business. I am a paying customer. You pay $125.00 for service fee, well at least I did. For four months my washer was OUT. And was so hesitant of junking my washer that I love. Our handy man was here 15 minutes and refuse to charge us. What happened to taking care of your customers? I am so blown away that it really make you think. Greed and power vs keeping value customers. I guess you WON! 😔

May refrigerator was under warranty and they handled it all. I highly recommend Diamond Appliance Repair. They are knowledgeable and professional. They communicated with me clearly throughout the process. The technicians are very thorough, kind and were punctual, calling before they arrived.

Dave and Dan were amazing! Dave diagnosed my dryer efficiently and Dan made the work look like he’s done it 1,000 times before. They are going directly into my rolodex as our preferred appliance repair

Recently had a warranty issue with a new refrigerator. The claim was assigned to Diamond Appliance. Their follow up was timely and professional with great communication. The tech showed up on time and completed the work right the first time. Job well done! Would definitely recommend.

We recently had our deep freezer stop on us. Pete from Diamond Appliance Repair, LLC came to our rescue. He found the problem and got the part ordered. He was so good and helpful ..in a time that is definitely not fun. I would recommend his service and his company to anyone that wants wonderful support and service!! We will use his service again when needed. (And he had a treat for my dogs…who also thought he was the best!)

All I can say is wow! From the person answering the phone to the technician who serviced my dishwasher! Janine was very knowledgeable and was able to help me diagnose from the phone this way the technician could arrive with possibly the right part, and to my surprise she was right! Any issues I have in the future with my appliances Diamond will be the first one I call! Amazing!
