We recently had Dan from Diamond Appliance Repair perform service work on our LG refrigerator. The unit is a smart refrigerator in a fifth wheel trailer. Dan correctly diagnosed the problem immediately. He, actually, had to return two days later with a replacement part. He communicated well and showed up exactly when he said he would. Very much appreciated.

Dan from Diamond came out to our condo today to check our refrigerator. Unfortunately, it was the compressor and we will need to buy a new one. Dan was very prompt and provided great technical and customer service. Janine, my contact in the office was great as well. Overall a very good experience.

they were so awesome I used to request them on protection plan.Not the case now but GREAT NEWS YOU CAN AND I DO. Call into protection plan to make a claim and tell them you are using your own certified appliance company.Fill out claim in your email from allstate with copy of email receipt from Diamond and Allstate sends you a check.Totally worth it to have some to trust and not rip you off or send you some scary guy you think could be? and makes you uncomfortable and not explaining whats wrong or acting like I am bothering him asking quetions as he is writing me up.

Today, we had a service call for our LG Washer. We had ordered the rubber seal for the front loader, and it was scheduled to be installed. Our technician, Dan, was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The issue we were facing was mildew within the rubber seal and throughout the inside of the machine. Dan explained that this was likely caused by using too much detergent. He informed us that the detergent pods are designed for extra-large loads, and we should use the liquid detergent and only a small amount to maintain the unit.

Considering the parts and repairs, we would have spent approximately half the cost of a new washer. However, I was concerned about the mildew throughout the inside of the machine, as it would have been difficult to clean thoroughly. Therefore, it was a better financial decision to invest in a new washer.

Dan was very honest and knowledgeable about the issue. He offered to return the part and charge us only for the service call. We greatly appreciated his help and decided to purchase a new washer from Best Buy.

I would definitely use Dan again. When I initially called for the appointment, the person who answered was also very friendly and kind. We were able to schedule an appointment very quickly.

Greatest Company to service your appliances. They are on time, to the point, a pleasure to work with! Anthony was out and knows his stuff! They are the best. We have 2-3 different issues that were not related and they took care of them all.
