Reviews of local pros in Estero, Florida

Highly recommend to anyone. First class, professional service. Great communication skills, technical skills, very clean and organized. His public relations team at the home office was First Class.

Marco came the same day and fixed out leak outside. Super guy and fair price. We will use him again if needed and will recommend him to friends

From start to finish, a professional experience. Lerma was timely in responding and then installing, clear about the process, and careful with details -- the permit and the electrician were arranged seamlessly. I wish all projects were this painless.

Marco and Daniel are such nice people…a pleasure to do business with. They arrived on time and kept me in the loop while here. They took care in my home to leave the house as it was before they arrived, even wearing shoe coverings to protect flooring. They gave me a quote before the work started and did not try to charge me extra for a trip charge or to use my credit card, like some of the other plumbers in the area.I do not hesitate to give Lerma Plumbing 5 STARS!

We had an emergency plumbing issue at our business and needed help fast.
They answered right away and arrived quickly.
The technician was protessional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The job was done efficiently and everything was left clean. We truly appreciate the fast and reliable service. Highly recommend!
Thank youn

We want to highly recommend “Lerma Plumbing and Drains”! They are a local family-owned business and provide quality, professional, and fast service with reasonable pricing. Marco came to our home, thoroughly evaluated the project, and gave us a well-explained free quote. He then started and successfully completed the job in record time, before he left! Customer service is THE BEST, as well!!

After spending 40 years in the construction industry I would highly recommend this plumber. Very professional.

Fixed our issue quickly

Gave details about the issues and what would need to be done to fix it. Very reasonable about the price and all together was very friendly and happy to help.

My go-to plumbing contractor and the only one I refer to clients and friends. I was mid kitchen renovation and he came over the same day to install a faucet so the remaining work could stay on track.

I used Vital Pluming on more than one occasion. They are knowledgable, understanding, efficient and thorough. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Professional, reliable, and honest. Glad to know him.

This company has done work for people I know and they all speak highly of him. Called three times before reaching someone (no return call on message) and he’s booked for two months?? Not exactly what I would call a “reliable contractor”!

I called Vital Plumbing for the first time this week. Billy was very responsive, knowledgeable, reasonable and easy to get along with.

Helped us with several renovation plumbing projects and emergencies and was great! Came quickly, did a good job and was reasonably priced. I would definitely call again!

Great experience with this company. Owner operated and wants you to be 100% satisfied. He came out to do several repairs on rentals and have also used him on my personal home. Definitely my go to for plumbing work.

We’ve used Billy twice now (two separate issues). Not only is he responsive, knowledgeable, and professional, but he’s honest and his pricing is very fair. We would 100% recommend Billy and Vital Plumbing!

Vital plumbing saved the day! They came out quickly on an emergency, last minute call. They were prepared with items they would need and fixed the problem in one visit-and for a very reasonable price. Totally recommend them!

What a fantastic company. Thanks to Vital Plumbing, I avoided an unnecessary replacement of a water heater (another company tried to convince me that mine was in irreparable shape--which turned out to just be a lie!). Vital came on time to my house and helped me solve the issue I was having in 15 minutes. Thank you, Billy, for being honest and helpful!

We have worked with Billy and his crew for some time now. One of the best in the business. Honest, reliable and fair. These are rare to find in Southwest Florida. We respectfully recommend Vital Plumbing to all our customers and use them on all our projects, with out hesitation. If you are in need of the services Vital has to offer, look no further, you have found the right guys for the job.

Top notch service, timely, reliable, honest & reasonable with pricing. I had a issue at my home & Vital was able to get to me the very next day. As a Realtor I need reliable trades to refer my clients too & I trust that when I give out Billy's info he will take just as good of care of them as I would. Stop scrolling & call Vital for all your plumbing needs.
