My AC was out. Shelby had the unit running in 1/2 an hour. His service was professional and efficient! I highly recommend this business. 😁

No stars. There was no service. In fact, communication was horrible with this group. I had to email and call several times to confirm when they were going to service my house. They were quick to charge money even before service but not great at responding.

Compass Mechanical Group totally rocked it by fixing my a/c just before Hurricane Milton hit. I was sweating it out without my a/c last night, but I called them first thing this morning and they had it up and running again early this afternoon. Huge shoutout to Shelby for doing an amazing job!

Another service required for our HVAC. Compass was on it, got the right part and did the service quick. Shelby also is working with the part provider for some warranty follow-up. I highly recommend their service.

Very well run company from scheduling, communication, and service. Our AC stopped working overnight. Contacted Compass in the morning. They arrived by 10:30am. Diagnosed and replaced a bad capacitor by 11:15 am to restore the AC.
