Karen Warner is a rockstar. She walked us through the whole process with amazing professionism. We are thrilled with the cabinets but were really impressed by her attention to detail, forward thinking and kindness. She's the rare bird that really cares about your home. 10 stars!

My designer had originally sent me to a larger kitchenware place that shall remain nameless, but I was wholly unimpressed with their product knowledge and un-interest in my needs.
My co-worker referred me to Armand and his team. I couldn't have been happier. Armand took the time to explain the difference between the equipment, and why it was important. He took the time to find out how I cooked, and steered me to the right set up. It is awesome, and I am so happy I bought the right stuff!

The team was excellent. We needed a new ice machine. They did an awesome job keeping us informed about the delivery and even offered an alternative that would arrive faster and actually produces more than the replacement brand. Wonderful experience, very professional, and kept us informed the entire time. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Top-notch service and quality from choosing appliances through installation. Highly, highly recommend. My husband and I purchased our kitchen appliances and washer/dryer from Anthony. Super customer service! We are transplants to Broward County and quite frankly have been disappointed in a fair number of service providers in this area. I was starting to think it was a south Florida thing. But, wow, did my experience at Kitcheworks prove me wrong. If I ever renovate another kitchen, there is no doubt I will return. These folks are the real-deal.

We bought a Miele dishwasher from the Kitchenworks recently and had a great experience.. Armand Was patient with me and gave good advice on which model would be best for our needs. The unit was delivered and installed a few days later.. The delivery guys were very careful with everything and took away our old LG (side note we will ever buy LG again) and installed the new dishwasher without issue. Thanks again!

My husband and I hired Anthony and the team at The Kitchenworks to do our kitchen cabinets when we commenced our remodel project. After working with them through the process, we quickly expanded their scope to various other rooms in our home, including our master built-in, bar, living room built-in, master bathroom and a guest bath. We also purchased all of our appliances for our home and bbq area through Anthony given his knowledge about the various products/brands. They are easy to work with, courteous, responsive and professional, and interfaced smoothly with all other parties involved (architect, builder, designer, trades, etc.). In addition, their products look GREAT and we were impressed with their ability to provide a TOTALLY custom job, including creating custom wood finishes to our specifications. I'm very pleased with our experience and would use Kitchenworks again for future needs. If you're looking for a high-end, custom product and a great customer service experience, I would highly recommend The Kitchenworks.

I had a tricky kitchen remodel project that I just wrapped up and everybody at Kitchenworks helped make it possible. From my first meeting I had in their wonderful show room, to the install EVERYTHING about this company is 5 stars!

Before I picked out my appliances, I was all over the board with what I wanted in our kitchen and Armand sat us down in his showroom, and helped us narrow down what was important to us and gave us HONEST feedback which helped a ton! I ordered my appliances and had them installed right before Thanksgiving and I could not be happier with the outcome. (Armand even answered our questions and explained to us the details of how our gas oven works even after it was installed) The installers were so professional and did a wonderful job as well! Everything turned out fantastic and I can’t be anymore excited to be able to have all the family gatherings and parties at my house now with my new appliances!

I will be recommending Kitchenworks to anyone that’s in the market for appliances, whether it is a kitchen remodel or a new home!

I normally don’t write reviews, but I had such a pleasant experience with Kitchenworks recently that I feel compelled to write one.
I was in the market for a Sub Zero refrigerator. You can image that with the pandemic this was not an easy task. I was contacted by Armand from Kitchenworks. He was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He made the ordering process very easy. We discussed a date for delivery. To be honest, I was not convinced that the date was real. Not only was the date exactly what he promised, he sent Joel over a week before to examine my old refrigerator and take measurements so that there would be no surprises when the unit was installed. Joel and Leroy showed up as promised on the date of delivery. The installation was done professionally and both Joel and Leroy took the time to explain the installation process and how the unit worked. I would unequivocally recommend Kitchenworks. The next time I need any appliances or renovations to my kitchen, Kitchenworks will be the first one I call.

The quality, finish, and details of their cabinetry (made by Dutch Made Inc.) are top notch! The team also assisted in selecting and installing new appliances from Subzero-Wolf. The installation of the cabinets and appliances was flawless and on time.

The Kitchenworks team also worked with us to create a separate drink station for our kitchen, as well as a custom vanity for a ½ bathroom, both of which turned out very nice.

In summary, throughout the entire process, Anthony and his team at The Kitchenworks were very responsive, professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them.

The Kitchenworks recently completed the design and installation of our new kitchen and we could not be more pleased. Through every step of the process, they displayed the highest level of professionalism and customer service. My wife and I have completed several major renovations and have worked with a number of fine kitchen design companies; I can truly say that The Kitchenworks has been the best firm we have worked with. From the initial design, which was both creative and practical, to the way they listened to us, the process was seamless and collaborative. And the quality of the installation is outstanding. The result has been a delight and is always a subject of positive comments from all who visit our home. In addition, their follow-up service after installation has been exceptional. As an example, Susan, the owner even came to our home to help us with a small stain that appeared through no fault of theirs and told us how to remove it. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The Kitchen Works was recommended by my kitchen designer. She's a perfectionist to the max and can be rather demanding to say the least, but, she is good and trust her 100%. She recommended that I buy my appliances from The Kitchen Works because she works with them often and they "know what they are doing"...her exact words. She was 100% correct, although I didn't doubt this woman! Armand (the owner) helped me select my appliances and kept me up to date with the orders. This was right smack in the middle of the pandemic, so everything was delayed everywhere. He stayed right on top of things and was honest and accurate with delivery times. Once it was time for delivery and installation, he sent Joel out to review and make notes in order to make it a smooth process on the day of installation. Joel and Ian came out to install and they were terrific. Very organized and meticulous. Answers questions without any attitude and extremely professional in all sense of the word. From start to finish The Kitchen Works deserves an A++. Thank you!!!!

After calling around, and comparing service and price levels, we chose to work with The Kitchenworks to purchase a Wolf microwave oven and to have them install it. They were fantastic. The owner as well as the installers were very helpful throughout the process. The owner patiently explained product choices and fitting requirements, and was highly responsive from first contact through followup after the installation. Some companies may have sent one installer, but The Kitchenworks sent two installers, who were friendly. They installed the microwave with great care and explained the new functionality. They noticed that the microwave that they removed was not installed correctly, and instead of just installing the new one in the same way, they made the necessary corrections. If they had not explained this, we would have never known the difference. Having become accustomed to service providers who rush the job, we were pleasantly surprised with the extra time and care that they took to install the microwave properly, especially because their installation fee was less than half of other quotes that we received. We strongly recommend The Kitchenworks team!
