We are so grateful for Meltini Kitchen & Bath Design for their exemplary work and detailed craftsmanship. Not only do they have a plentiful showroom, but the also make the best cappuccino in town! We had gotten estimates from several different companies before we were recommended Meltini Kitchen & Bath Design from friends, and we could not be more satisfied with the job. Originally, this was supposed to only be a new kitchen installation project, however when we experienced the professionalism, friendly service, and immaculate work, we decided to extend our project and also include the flooring in the entire house. The tile work was expert and constructed seamlessly with the molding which was painted to our specificity. We want to thank Meltini Kitchen & Bath Design and praise them for a job well done. We cannot wait to recommend them to friends and see more of their beautiful work!

This review is long overdue, and I want to express gratitude to Meltini Kitchen and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great and reliable kitchen and bath company.

Meltini redesigned and renovated my kitchen and added a brand new bathroom. It was a pleasure to work with the owner, Michael. From the initial meeting and throughout the entire renovation, he was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs as a customer. Michael was not only my contractor/builder, but he also had on point suggestions regarding finishes and appliances. It saved me a lot of money as I did not have to use the interior designer for this part of my house renovation. Michael has a great taste, and he provided several options at different price points. He helped me to create a high end look for less.

I do have to mention one thing that I initially was uncomfortable with, but in the end, it did not impact the construction process at all. As a matter of internal company policy, Michael does not give out his cell phone number or any of his workers’s cell phone numbers. They explained that the reason for such policy was that they had a large number of customers, and it could create a lot of disruption for the workflow. At the beginning of the renovation, I was concerned about being able to get in touch with Michael or his supervisor in case of emergency without having anyone’s cell phone number. My concern turned out not to be an issue at all as Michael was always very responsive to my emails and calls to the office.
Moreover, Michael also very promptly responded to my request to help fix a chip on one of the kitchen cabinets which was several months after the construction was completed. He came to my house and personally repaired the chip, which took him a couple of days to do properly. This gets a five-star customer service rating in my book.

In sum, Michael did a wonderful job redesigning my kitchen and adding a new full bathroom. He created a space that is functional as well as beautiful, and I get a lot of compliments on my kitchen from anyone who visits my house. I highly recommend Meltini Kitchen and Bath.

We had Meltini Kitchens install new counters and a backsplash,

MELTINI Kitchen & Bath Design remodeled my Kitchen and utility room 6 years ago. I am thrilled with the quality of the work. My kitchen is beautiful and functional.
The best part of MELTINI is that they continue to support me. Recently my refrigerator died and I had to replace it. During CoVID it is difficult to find appliances, especially counter depth refrigerators. My new refrigerator fit in the space but was too short. MELTINI replaced the molding around the refrigerator after 6 years. Their installer had left extra wood trim in my garage for this purpose. Kudos to MELTINI.

Meltini K&B-Ft. Lauderdale remodeled two bathrooms for us. One part involved a total renovation of the master bath, including removal of existing marble floors and walls. The other was an update, replacing the vanity, toilet and sink and removing the wallpaper. Michael developed a great design, making both bathrooms very distinctive. The installation went very smoothly; the work was of high quality and the tradespeople were very neat. At the end, there was a small punch-list that was resolved immediately. And, Anna, Michael's assistant, did a great job co-ordinating the work and quickly answered our questions. All in all, were are very pleased with the project. We would use Meltini-Ft. Lauderdale again, and have recommended them to our friends.

This is an honest and reliable contractor/designer. They carry top quality product lines and meet their deadlines. I would highly recommend their team. You will not be disappointed.

I had been planning to update my kitchen for two years. I had seen Meltini Kitchens and Baths every Thursday night when I went to work at Weight Watchers on North Federal Highway here in Fort Lauderdale. and passed their store. Then the time came for transformation.

I met Jorge Chiclana when I walked in finally hoping that this would be the final contractor that I needed to interview. We hit it off. I think that he couldn't believe what I wanted to do. (I didn't think he would). But guess what...reality was about to take place

He understood what I wanted. Their signs on the doors state that they will create a final product to fit any budget. They did. I had my own foreman who had his teams of workers who actually showed up on time.

We did something we never do. We renovated our kitchen in Florida while staying in NY. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful thanks to the great effort of our new friend Michael Loukas. We interviewed several kitchen and bath companies and selected Meltini because of our time with Michael. He is honest, patient and straightforward. He also was very helpful with our design choices because he has great taste. Throughout the construction he kept us up to date with the progress and met his time line that we agreed to. We can’t say enough about Meltini Kitchen and Bath. Even the people in the showroom, for example Tommy, always answered my calls and were so helpful and friendly. Overall our experience was not a 5, it was a 10!

We had an aging wood floor in our home that was there for almost 15 years. We were a bit tired of it since it needed a refresh. We looked at options to re-do the finish and decided against it due to the amount of dust this would cause. In the end, we went the luxury vinyl route. This would be the least disruptive. We were sold on the fact that it could just go over our existing floor. The folks at Meltini did a great job. We consulted with them at their showroom and told them our plans. They made an appointment to measure and were on time and professional. Back at the showroom, they were able to make proper recommendations with respect to quality materials and colors. Once we had an idea of what we wanted, they were patient with my wife and provided us samples to take home. That made all the difference in the world. The samples ended up looking very different in our house. They listened intently and took our feedback to heart. They then provided us with 2 more options. based on our reactions to the original set. We ended up going with one of those for our floor. Even before we made the decision, Meltini sent us a couple of more planks of the same sample so that we could see a larger surface area before we made the final decision. The final result was amazing. This transformed our home. We followed the recommendations to replace the baseboard moldings and all our kitchen toe kicks. The entire job was managed by Meltini. They coordinated the job and we were very impressed that we stayed on budget. Take a look at the photos! We feel like we moved into a new house. I would highly recommend this company and their people.

They were hired to redo a bathroom and installed the shower pan incorrectly. Would not take accountability for their work. Had to have a new company fix it and they confirmed the plumbing was done incorrectly. Definitely avoid.

Edit: In response to your claim, I actually wrote negative review when it happened. Not sure why it was not posted, but saw it was missing when Google reminded me of my reviews so decided it was best to warn residents of Fort Lauderdale about my experience with your business. And of course, you had no third party inspector like you referenced. But I sure did, that's how the problem was diagnosed and confirmed to be your poor installation.

Working with Meltini was a truly wonderful experience from the start to finish. Their team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, delivering high quality results with remarkable attention to detail and excellent communication. They exceeded all expectations, and I highly recommend them.

Excellent experience working with Michael and the Meltini contractor crew. All were professional, efficient, and the work was outstanding. The showroom consultation is extremely helpful in choosing design, colors, etc…but it’s the home visit and detailed measurements by Michael that assure that the remodel will exceed expectations. Photo attached, and very happy with the results. Minimal punch list items were needed, but those that arose were taken care of immediately. The price was reasonable, and the price is the price, without change orders or up charges. I’m eager to work with Meltini again on another project!

We hired Meltini Kitchen & Bath to do our kitchen remodel in 2023 and were very pleased with the results! Michael and his team were professional and gave excellent design guidance. They were also reasonably priced but also provided the quality we were seeking in the finishes and materials. I would absolutely recommend them as a contractor for friends who needed their services. We were in need to update our kitchen of 25 years. Marchin the designer came to our home and walked us through every design option and detail. They allowed me to take multiple cabinet and counter samples home to see if they worked with our style. The porcelain and cabinets we selected were a home run! The workers showed up daily at 8:00am and were so incredibly talented and personable. I will actually miss their company! The finished kitchen exceeded all expectations. We could not be happier. Michael the owner, made everything absolutely uncomplicated and I highly recommend using them. I will be using them again in the future to update our bathroom. Thank you for a flawless experience and dream kitchen. It’s so beautiful.

I worked with Meltini Kitchen and Bath Designs many years ago remodeling my a kitchen and bathrooms and was very pleased with the designs and workmanship. I therefore contacted Michael at Meltini Designs again recently when upgrading the vanity area of my master bathroom. This upgrade involved a total change and it has worked out extremely well thanks to Michael's professionalism and attention to detail.
