Most importantly, their response time to questions and concerns that I had were dealt with immediately and always with a smile. Even after the project was completed The Kitchenworks continue to help me with questions about my new appliances even to the extent of sending over a chef to help me prepare my first meal in the amazing Wolf steam oven. I had a great experience with Leiva tiling and repairs. They were professional, showed up on time, and the quality of the work was excellent. We needed a tile removed for a shower repair, and multiple people told us the only option was to demolish the entire wall and replace everything with new tiles. Then Nick showed up — and what he did was nothing short of remarkable.

He surgically removed a single tile without cracking it, damaging it, or disturbing the surrounding wall. I’ve genuinely never seen anything like it. His precision and skill saved us a huge amount of money, because we didn’t have to buy new tiles or redo the entire wall. After the plumbing repair was done, he put the tile back so perfectly that you would never know anything had been touched.

Nick is outstanding at his craft — meticulous, careful, and incredibly talented. In a world where most people rush to demolition, he took the time to do things the right way. Truly amazing work.

They did inferior work,they were dirty, and I severed all ties with them as they did not want to take responsibility.

Just an example of some things they did like making outlet electrical holes in the kitchen above both the sink and stove area. They should have been several feet lower!
Always had excuses, and mom tried to take my tv! She actually did take it home to her own house!
