The techs arrived on time, wearing clean clothes and a positive attitude. They got down to business right away and moved the a/c 30 feet to a better location.
They wasted no time and we’re done in 90 minutes.

I love these guys. They're one of the few contractors I've dealt with in Florida who simply won't over bill - they get to the root of the problem and fix exactly what's wrong. This is my 4th experience with them and they're quality of service is amazingly consistent.

Great company! Showed up on time!!! Very affordable. I was about to pass out because my A/C stopped working on a freaking saturday afternoon!!! Being that I live in Miami I have been used by some awful customer service from the laundromat to the dude down the street making a burger, but A Star was a refreshing surprise. I called them and was greeted by a friendly technician who came over within an hour and fixed the problem in no time (turned out to be a bad thermostat), I was back to watching porn in 70 degree comfort again!!! ;)

As always, A Star AC, Filip, Monica, Dimitri and all - very professional, good services. We wish they were the one who installed the equipment - we wouldn't have to call them every six months !!! Again, thank you so much, being in the hospitality services, our clients can't stay without AC and you've been very helpful in providing us and our guests the best customer service there is.

I was able to get a same day appointment for our A/C that wasnt cooling properly. The tech called 15 minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time and was knowledgeable and courtious. He had a younger helper/trainee with him and it was awesome to see someone getting on the jib training.
He was able to repair the issue and here we are a week later still enjoying our nice and cool home.

All I can say is call them if you need any HVAC work done. This company is amazing! What a professional friendly company to work with. My wall unit air conditioner was not working correctly so I had A star come look at it. Long story short the original company that installed it (a very large AC company that we’ve had multiple bad experiences with) installed it backwards so it took a toll on the AC and caused it to die sooner than it should have. They installed a brand new AC at a fair price and in a very timely manner. It’s working like a dream I’m so happy with it. One of the head technicians even came to inspect it after the job was done to make sure everything went well. I never once had any type of follow up from the other large company we had used in the past. I also had A star clean the coils on our large AC and it was also a great experience. What I’ve learned from this whole thing is please give the smaller companies a try. Just because a company is large and advertises on bill boards doesn’t mean they employ skilled technicians or truly care about what they are doing. A star ticks all the boxes and then some. I won’t ever call another AC company again now that I know how wonderful A star is. Please take my advice and don’t hesitate to call them for all your HVAC needs. Thank you A star!

Igor was great as always. We needed a new fan on our compressor unit and he knocked it out of the ballpark quickly. These are the "go to guys" for air conditioning!

AC unit shut down twice due to poor drainage (found out after servicing). Ihor was extremely thorough, taking his time to clean, test and share with me exactly what he did during the service. Called Thursday night because my unit stopped working. Phil sent me a technician next day morning at no rush fee/charge and Luis cleaned my equipment and cleared the clogged condensation line at a very reasonable price. Definitely a company you can trust.

Just had an awesome experience with Filip and Monica from “A Star Air Conditioning”. They were very friendly and comforting from the get go. Monica got on it right away and in minutes I knew a tech would be here “today”. Just MINUTES after that, I received a call from Filip that he would be here in 10 minutes.

Filip arrived on scene with some tools in hand, courteous, clean and very professional looking. Filip took the time to narrate and show me everything he was doing and what he was seeing in a way that I could understand. His approach put me at ease immediately. No up-sell, no pushiness just facts and thoroughly answered questions.
Filip cleared up clogged lines and did a full inspection on the system. AC was back up in no time and we are good to go. Filip also kept everything clean and tidy. You wouldn’t be able to tell anybody was in there working. The unit is very old and eventually will need to be replaced. Guess who we are calling?

Great company. Cordial, professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and prompt. I have had two repairs by them. When I need a new unit, I'm going to call A Star too, as I've learned if you don't get a good installation, you will always have problems.
