Weve been using One Way Air out of Ft. Myers for the last 3 years now for all of our maintenance needs and unit replacement. After purchasing on the East Coast, we had some air duct issues with rodents. Jeremy and his team had arrived to our house same day, came up with a temporary repair same day, and arrived the following morning for a full cleanout and replacement. I appreciate this guys tremendously. Reasonable rates, fast response time, and honesty among their staff (was quoted almost 2x - 3x by 2 other companies.

Elie and his team were amazing. Austin came at 10pm and helped fix out AC when no other company wanted to come. They cleaned out coil, changed the capacitor and all of a sudden our system started pumping cold air! This company is 100 stars!

My air conditioner, of course, went out on the hottest day of the year and we were desperate for it to be fixed. They were very busy, but they came out immediately and fixed the problem. They didn’t charge us a crazy amount of money, but I think it was a fair price For their work. I am very thankful for their service and will highly recommend them to everyone. I know that needs help with their air conditioning.

Roman kept in touch and arrived within the "window". He presented very professional, introduced himself and went straight to work. He cleaned and checked the outside unit (fixed my leaky garden hose) changed the airfilter inside (secured my wobbly thermostat) and gave me suggestions for better a/c efficiency. No pressure but a good education with the info so I could make an informed decision. All within 35 minutes so no long drawn out appointment. Very knowledgeable, efficient and polite. Dare I say it was a pleasure? Highly recommend.

Austin was amazing!! I can’t believe he came out middle night and installed a brand new unit!!! All he cared about was making sure me and my wife and dogs were ok and kept cool. Honestly what a blessing!!! Austin is someone I would definitely recommend not only to my friends but to anyone. Wanna do a 9.5 on him but they only give me a choice of 5 stars.
