After several bad experiences with lazy and unprofessional individuals from other companies, I hired A Star Air Conditioning based on ratings and feedback. My experience with them was phenomenal, they showed up on time, did an excellent work, cleaned after themselves and listened and responded to all my questions. Their quotes were very reasonable compared to what the others, who I knew were overcharging me, quoted me. I will continue using their services moving forward.

I was referred through a friend many years ago. Since that time, A Star has serviced units in my personal residence as well as all my rental properties. Never a problem. I recommend them very highly. A+

All the team: Dimitry, Julian, and the other two nice gentleman that installed it were very professional and knowledgable. Excellent service all around. My A/C went out in the middle of the night (do they ever go out in the daytime?). I called A Star early the next day. The lady who answered was knowledgeable and helpful. I told her my situation. She called me back within 10 minutes to tell me the technician would be at my place between 1 and 4 and would call me first. He called and arrived about 2:30. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a quite reasonable price to fix it. I agreed. He went toward and with half an hour I had cool air again. Totally professional. Great service.

After that I bought a new system from A Star. They did such a good job and gave me such good support that I have since moved into a townhouse that had an aging, slightly undersized AC. A Star put in a new system a a good price. I'm cool and comfortable through this unusually hot South Florida summer.

I recommend A Star whenever anybody asks me about AC companies.

Since then I have moved and bought a new AC from A Star. Once again it was excellent service throughout the entire process. I always recommend them to friends and neighbors They always provide excellent service at a reasonable price.

I manage a retail store in Ft Lauderdale, (Your Patio Store), and have had many issues with the old a/c units.
We tried multiple companies who could not repair the units to working order.
This company came in and all the units operating in a couple of hours.... That was a couple of years ago, and since we have a service contract with them, they have kept our place cool.

I could not be more pleased with this company. They come when they are supposed to, they actually diagnose the problem and fix it. If there is more work to be done they are very clear about what that is. Every technician that comes out to service my air conditioners-And I have three of them- Has been efficient and professional. A wonderful technician that goes above and beyond and is so caring and friendly as well as extremely conscientious is Ihor. I am even happy to see him when It is him. I cannot recommend this company high enough I would give them more than five stars. I would like to add that I have lived in the house that I am in currently for about 23 years-The actual house is problematic to cool as it does not have enough vents and ductwork and it has an addition that was built on by previous owners. We have been through many many air conditioning contractors. Most could explain the problem to me in a way that I could understand(Some could not) And most charged more than what AStar air-conditioning charges. They are the only ones that solve the problem and the house has been cool for as long as they have been our air-conditioning contractor. They know what they are doing,
which means everything.

A Star has been coming to me for a couple of years now. They know the property as I rent. They always make an immediate appointment, communicate well from start of making appointment to the job being completed. The techs are friendly, clean and knowledgeable. I actually ended up with a new unit 6 months ago. It started dripping water and they came right away. Appointment made yesterday and it's already fixed. Kudos.

On Monday morning, I called the office to schedule an appointment because my AC was not working. The staff answered the phone politely and scheduled me a late afternoon appointment. I told them that I had some therapy at 3pm and would be home at 4 PM. Without hesitation, they said they would accommodate me. After making the scheduled service call appointment, I promptly received a text, confirming my appointment with the Photo of the tech that was due to come out. Very professional for an A/C outfit, this is the first time I’ve had this happen. The tech showed up at 4 PM as promised and promptly greeted me.
He asked what trouble I was experiencing & I explained my issue with the A/C.

He quickly began to diagnose the problem and found multiple issues. Before any repairs were done, he advised me what needed to be done & the cost for repairs.

My A/C is working, the service tech was great. The price was right and I would highly recommend anyone to call A-star air conditioning for any ac needs.

Ovarall very smooth process. Came gave an estimate. Provided full range of prices and options. After answering my multiple questions we agreed on a unit. After deposit until installed in 48 hrs. So far working great.
