Leighton Dobson did an amazing job. He was punctual, courteous, efficient, and most importantly he offered me educational information on how to care for my HVAC unit. Information that I did not know before. He is the best technician that I’ve encountered so far from Stay Cool HVAC.

Eli and Frank were great! As a business owner myself when it comes to sales and service I can’t ignore doing business with a company that will do whatever it takes to not only close the deal with me even if it means speaking to me at midnight on the phone and then coming out the next morning all the way from palm beach to Doral. But also making sure all my concerns were addressed and the service was up to par with my expectations. 5 stars for you guys . Keep it up

Austin is knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed my ac unit and gave his expert recommendations on my unit. Furthermore, I had another company come drain my unit a few weeks ago. He said everything was clean and good but after Austin checked, he found it hadn’t been flushed and was backed up with that filthy gunk! Austin took his time and cleaned everything properly and visually showed me the results. I signed up for the annual service feeling comfortable I have a AC tech who does what he says and will give me the proper service. I am extremely pleased.

Omg this has got to be the most impressive company that I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Beginning with Frankie who is full of knowledge and experience. The way he explained everything was as easy to understand as baking a cake. The installers were very clean and thorough explaining how everything works. And financing my project was so easy. Francisco was OUTSTANDING!!!! He was so kind and polite with my 83 year old mom… This is always my AC company of choice. The owner Ellie is wonderful!!! The company is in Broward and we live in Cutler Bay. They always come out the next day when I call. I’m not surprised of their 5 star rating!!!!!

Definitely The Best. My Wife and I called several different HVAC companies looking for a new system and this was the final one we called. I understand it’s difficult and expensive but God sent us the Frankie and his team and got us a new system. Frankie made it painless and didn’t pressure us like the other companies. Everything was installed in half a day and had my family nice and cool in the heat of the summer in no time.
