From the first initial visit to inspect the current field conditions and installed equipment by Wayne I was impressed with the knowledge and attentiveness to our needs. He followed up the same day with an estimate in writing, followed by a telephone conversation. We agreed on a price and the contract came via Doc-u-Sign which made it effortless. The day of installation they were not only on time but a few minutes early. The two installers, Andres and Jose, were friendly, clean and thorough. The installation was neat as well as they kept the work and staging areas clean. They worked as a team and were done quickly, almost exactly the 4 hours they estimated in the beginning. They left bothe work areas as clean if not cleaner than when they started. The took all the trash and the old equipment with them. Andres gave an orientation of what they did and how the new equipment functioned. He made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. The installation was stellar and I look forward the service and maintenance being equally stellar. Not all air conditioning companies are the same and like the TV commercial says "There is only ONE Crowther". I totally recommend them for all your Air conditioning needs.

Jorge Cabrera is a real gem. I had an issue with the garage mini split and after doing some research, I decided to replace it due to its age and cost to repair vs. a new unit with a warranty. Jorge was so terrific in explaining everything to me and helping me decide which unit would best suit my needs. The new unit was installed today and the installers were great. They were very efficient and left everything tidy, and they didn't leave until I fully understand the operation of the unit's remote system. Everyone I have worked with at Crowther is so kind and helpful. I am very grateful to have found them for all of my roofing and AC needs in Florida.

I have used Crowther roofing three times now and each time they did an excellent job. Their personnel are all experienced and conscientious which shows they are a top notch company. I think they are very fairly priced and I always believe you get what you pay for. Highly recommend them if you want the job done correctly.

Crowther Roofing did a fine job on my recent clay tile roof repair. They answer their phones. It was easy to schedule the inspection and get an estimate. The crew arrived when scheduled and the repairs look great.

My prior roofing company never returned calls until you called and called. They replaced my roof and charged my insurance company over $80,000. The expert crew they sent over included several young men from South America who worked very hard but were obviously not roofers when you could see they wore dress shoes on my roof. I’m just glad they didn’t fall off. My wife speaks Spanish so we befriended them. They hardly had food to eat. Somehow the crew managed to entomb a power tool in my attic they couldn’t retrieve.

I made a mistake by going back to this company when I had more hurricane damage. The repair crew didn’t even work for the roofing company but were subcontractors. For some strange reason they painted a number of tiles which turned pink, even though I had replacement tiles that were a perfect match. My roof looked horrible.

After spending over $95,000 with that company they still would not return my calls.

Save yourself a headache, a lot of expense and poor workmanship and go with Crowthers. They have been in business in this area a long time and now I know why. If I get more hurricane damage they will be who I call.

My grandma had her ac checked by a technician from crowther his name was Agustin he was very nice and explained everything would recommend.

This company is huge. The estimate was given to me not knowing what the damage was , under the shingles, with an explanation of all my (( what ifs ))?????and I am a "younger" older female????

Nick was very responsive to my request for pricing and documentation regarding my roof repairs. Techs discovered leaks associated with 10 year old roof vents, they recommend replacing all 6 vents due to improper installation when roofing was installed. Work was completed in a timely manner, pictures provided and written guarantee for the work completed was provided for insurance purposes.

5 stars!! Outstanding service, communication, response time and honesty. Jorge and his crew exceeded every expectation. When I called them initially when my AC unit wasn't working, they came right out and fixed it; then we ended up replacing the entire unit because it was so outdated. They communicated so effectively and ordered and replaced the unit in such a timely and professional manner. They even followed up after the job was complete and sent pictures of their outstanding work. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or cooling services!! Thank you for a job well done!!

When I noted a couple of loose tiles from the concrete tile roof Crowther installed 5 years ago, I called for a service visit to replace the tiles and the problem was resolved in a couple of days to my satisfaction. They always do a great job.

Jorge Cabrera, Crowther salesman, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He came to my residence twice to establish and review the proposal with me. He was very clear as to expectations/commitments and did an excellent job communicating to the installation team, Andreas and Jose. Jorge also showed up during the installation process to ensure all was proceeding according to plan. Andrea and Jose were very courteous, professional and thorough. They did an excellent job. The invoice was emailed and was exactly as promised. I was extremely pleased with the entire Crowther process from quote through invoice and payment!

This was my second roof by Crowther. The first one went well, as you can tell from the fact that we contracted with Crowther for the second. Everything went well with the latest, too. I highly recommend Crowther Roofing for reroofing either asphalt shingles or tile, like our latest.
