This was my first experience with Crowther and it will certainly not be my last! I was having an air conditioning problem and Robert J came out early in the week and quickly diagnosed the problem! Today he came out and fixed the problem! He communicated his plan to fix my problem and was very thorough in his work today. He found some issues with the initial installation and fixed those as well! At the end of the day, Robert J cleaned up his work area, checked all of the pressures and notified me that the job was complete. He is a great representative of Crowther and I hope to have him return for all future air conditioning needs!

Five stars to Crowther Roofing, and Travis specifically! Unlike other roofing companies, Crowther gave us a “no more than” quote for our roof repair that was very reasonable, and the actual turned out to be even lower cost. Other roofing companies wanted to charge triple Crowther’s quote which would end up being more than 5 times the actual amount.

The work was scheduled quickly, the crew showed up right on time, did an excellent and professional job in a very reasonable amount of time, and we were extremely happy with the repair!

Crowther Roofing was great to work with from the initial contact for the estimate of services needed by Travis, to the front office, Lynn with her bright smile and understanding. I needed my whole roof replaced. Suzanne did an amazing job of the coordination of demolition and reroof and letting us know the scheduling. Crowther maintained a good timeline and stuck to it. From start to finish it was less than 3 weeks. All of the men who did the work were respectful, careful and professional. They cleaned up every night after they finished the days’ work. A big thank you to them. There was no dumpster left on our property, they hauled away the old tiles and debris everyday. So in the evening you would not have known there had been construction. Leonardo came back and did a fantastic job of the trim painting, Daniel, the Superintendent spoke with us and explained everything; and made himself available if we needed him. We got a few estimates, theirs was not the least expensive; but it was the best deal accounting for quality of materials and quality of work and reputation. I highly recommend this company .

From my very first contact with Travis Gregoire the process has been accommodating and very professional.
I was made fully aware of the problems and solutions.
We agreed to a contract price no higher than X and upon job completion the actual invoice was a bit less than agreed upon. Very pleased.
Now…until we get though the season I really don’t have a clue if they actually did a good job or not.
That said, my instincts tell me it was a good job.
I have already encouraged 3 neighbors to seek out Travis.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Crowther found the issue that the contractor who originally replaced our roof was unable to solve. Reasonable in their pricing and efficient in getting the issue resolved.

Crowther Roofing did a good job installing a new vent in our roof for our outdoor kitchen. Everyone was professional, polite and professional. The work crew took steps to minimize the mess and cleaned up well when completed. Nicholas was very fair in pricing the job to us.

Excellent company. John Lopez (Sales) and Daniel Dominguez (Residential Superintendant) were both professional and responsive. I chose Crowther Roofing because of their reputation and the size and scope of my residential project. The crew that worked on my roof were respectful and they were on the job site every morning by 7 AM. They picked up after themselves, and I am so very pleased with my roof. We used Crowther many years ago for a metal roof to replace barrel tiles, and they did an excellent job. The present job was fixing a roof leak on a home we just moved to, and once again their work was professional, and when they left the job it looked like they had never been there. I would highly recommend them!

I had a very large roof on a home in Bonita Springs replaced. Crowther was excellent in all regards. Their bid was the most reasonable and communication with the program manager John Lopez was excellent. Once we had a contract in place Crowther's crew showed up every day on the dot and completed the work exactly as agreed and to the day that was promised. They left the worksite immaculate and fixed a gutter that they slightly bent at their cost without me having to mention it. Impressive. A neighbor who watched the crew wanted their contact information for his roof because he commented "I saw them show up every day and get the job done really well which is hard to find these days". Quality of the replacement roof is excellent and the insurance inspector also commented that it was top notch work. A very positive experience on a big project and the roof looks great.
