Carlos came in and diagnosed the problem after examining the fan. It turned out to be a very simple adjustment of the remote control, and once that was done, the ceiling fan worked perfectly. The remote was reset to the correct codes, and no replacement or extensive repairs were needed. I am extremely happy with the professionalism and quick solution provided. One of my favorite supply houses due to dave convis and karl. Both are excellent in their jobs and always are helpful and treat me like i was the only customer they had...always a pleasure to swing in.

I had a very pleasant experience. They went beyond what I needed, answered all my questions patiently and made themselves available to answer any other questions I may have in the future.

Bad experience there. In service hours they locked doors, I got into because other costumer unlocked doors for me and told me they were supposedly taking lunch and customers waiting for them. Later I went again to return something and I found the supply completely closed 1 hour earlier... Few words to describe service: Disrespectful and Unprofessional

My husband was looking for a specific can light and World Electric was the only place he could find them. He called and they were very helpful. They told him he could pick them up at their location in Ft Meyers so we drove down about an hour and a half from our location, he went in and they had put some aside for him, he paid and we were back on the road. Very easy. Thanks!!
