Aaron the electrician is top notch. Very polite and compassionate. He sits down with you and really listens then takes stock of what needs to be done. He opened my panel box then went outside to explain what would be best for my situation. He answered all of my questions and helped me apply for financing. I can't say enough only that I highly recommend him and the company. Thank you so much for your time spent and caring attitude. In this day and age it truly means a lot. I have been going through a lot since the death of my mom and have had lots of negative experiences since purchasing this condo. I will definitely spread the word about this company! 5 Stars, no question!!

What stands out most about this company is the time and effort they have put forth to hire the best employees! On two different occasions (A/C service & electrical service) these employees have been impressive! They are professional, friendly, efficient and most of all - well versed and educated in the field that they are serving. As a manager of a business myself I can assure you this company spends good time and money on training and hiring the best employees. Customer service is excellent!

Powerhouse (Nick) came out to service my home generator that wouldn’t start. Nick diagnosed and running by replacing the battery within minutes. Very prompt, great communication.

So I want to start by saying the front desk people are great at answering any questions they can but overall as a company they try to scam you. This has now been 2 times the first time I have them the benefit of the doubt. I pay for the whole home generator maintenance and about 6 months ago they call and offer a free ac tune up and check so I said yes. They came out and spent 20 minutes looking at both my acs then came and told me I have mold throughout the entire duct system and said I needed 20k worth of duct replacement. I had 2 other ac people come out that week and tell me nothing was wrong at all. I still held the generator maintenance since it wasn’t acs I thought I could trust them. 3 weeks ago they sent a tech that had no idea what was wrong he told me I needed a new battery he put it in and did not work and then told me he isn’t sure what was wrong and needed someone else to come look at it. I told him to take the battery that I didn’t want it since he couldn’t tell me what was wrong he left and charged me $395 for the battery. I had to call over 5 times to talk to a manager who then told me they will send an experienced tech out. The next week the tech came out brought me back my battery and instantly got the generator running with a flip of a lever that was stuck. It is embarrassing that a simple fix couldn’t be done by the original tech I was then charged $350 for a service fee that the tech himself told me to get refunded because this should have been caught. After 3 weeks of calling and been promised a call back I was never receiving one finally yesterday I got someone who refunded the $395 for the battery I am still waiting on the $350 to be refunded. The battery I had them take back I went and bought the same exact battery for $140 that markup seems a little outrageous to me. I will be canceling my service with them and finding another company.

Nick did great work for us despite challenges with the repair work he did for us—diligent, precise, honest, caring! He was back today for an even more difficult service job and was even more extraordinary in doing that work for us. We couldn’t be happier. It was nice to hear his boss compliment him and even the company owner to drive by to see his great work and congratulate him in person. What a nice gesture for too seldom found in today’s work world.

Service tech was awesome. Spent a lot of time servicing my HVAC. Better than the 3 previous companies. Depends time explaining everything. Very impressed!!

The electrician Dustin Williams was very knowledgeable and very skilled with his installation of our chandelier. He was a pleasure to do business with.

I recently had a technician come out for their advertised $49 AC tune-up special, which included several services, one of which was a sanitizing treatment. However, when I asked about the treatment, the technician simply mentioned he was "spraying a deodorizer" — not at all what was listed in the ad. We had to repeatedly show the advertisement and push for the listed services to be completed.

On top of that, the technician, who felt more like a sales representative, tried to upsell a $2,200 UV light for mold removal. A quick search online revealed that similar UV lights typically cost between $100 and $700 (TOP end). When I questioned the price, he quickly backtracked and offered a "better" price. This entire experience felt very sketchy and left me with serious doubts about the integrity of this company.

Given the questionable advertising practices and aggressive sales tactics, I would strongly advise exercising caution before engaging with this company. Additionally, the representative expressed frustration to my wife, mentioning that he had been driving all over town without success in selling his "recommendations." It's easy to understand why. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services. I would recommend a second opinion and additional quotes. We will not use this company in the future.

Jorge was very knowledgeable, polite, cleaned up the work space and took the time to use shoe protectors inside the home.

Powerhouse installed a new generator for our home replacing the existing generator we had. Originally the old generator powered only partial ac, appliances etc. The new generator actually is able to power more as they connected one other fuse panel box with a second transfer switch along with load management units. Now I feel that the house is better covered with electricity when a storm nocks out our power. I’m extremely pleased with the work they did and their professionalism. Currently I am having them give me an estimate on a generator for my place of business as well.

My first Google review ever. Zero stars. Made appointment on-line and they rescheduled twice. Electrician (since 1999) shows up to install two 12" diameter ceiling lights on a prewired 7' ceiling. Maybe an hour job. One and 1/2 if he works slow. Done it myself lots of time. I even had the ladder for him. He quotes me $1,554.00. Sent him home. Do I look like a sucker or is this normal course for Powerhouse?

Our generator is 6 years old, installed and maintained by PowerHouse. I have sold my home and find out I have 2 open permits from Collier county that Power House never finished. I called them and they said they are too busy to close these permits! I can’t close on my sale now because they will not answer their phone. I have been with them for 6 years and they can’t help me!
