Want to let you know the crew Dustin, George, and Nick installed a new breaker panel in record time. They were so efficient and I couldn’t believe that they got a 2 day job done in less than a day. Thank you so much for having technicians that work so hard and well with each other.

The list is too long. A leek was detected in the outside unit. I was charged $800 to recharge the system,like it was my fault. It was either the Manufacture or the installers. Not mine. Also see the workmanship they did, (see attached pics)

Nick came when he said he would, he listened to me describe the issue and all the previous steps we have taken to correct. He worked quickly and efficiently to diagnose possible solutions.

Aaron S was the first technician to come to my home, and he was absolutely fantastic! He was professional, punctual, and kept me updated with calls and texts, which I really appreciated since we have a lot of pets. We had some outlets stop working in my granddaughter's and daughter's rooms, along with an outdated electrical panel that posed a fire hazard. Bruno recommended upgrading the panel and wiring, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We decided to proceed with Bruno's estimate and repairs. Overall, my experience with Powerhouse was amazing and refreshing, from the initial phone call to the completion of the work. Thank you for addressing my concerns so quickly and efficiently. Brandon G came later to finish the outlets, receptacles, and drywall, and he was just as knowledgeable and detail-oriented. He truly cared about making sure everything was done meticulously.

The first salesman that came out tried to use scare tactics suggesting my family was in danger of being electrocuted in our pool due to improper grounding. He went on to say that the entire electrical system throughout the house was unsafe and needed replacement. The final straw was the so-called estimate which was poorly written and unclear as to what the work was and had a price tag more than three times more than the company we ultimately went with. There was a supervisor sent to follow up who provided a more reasonable quote but was still much higher than anyone else.
The new company, we ultimately went with, showed me everything they would do and what in fact really needed to be done, debunking most of what Power House tried to ‘sell’ me as necessary. Never again will I allow them on my property. Beware and be sure to get other estimates at the very least! It pays to shop!

Jorge was very professional; great personality. He went through a diagnostic procedure and determined that my electrical problem was not a circuit breaker but a time that I had on my fountain.
I would not hesitate recommending him or his company!!!

To whom it may concern....

First, I had Bruno come to my home. What a wonderful technician! He was professional!! on time!! called and texted me, letting me know he was coming, which is huge for me since we have a deaf family member. We had some outlets stop working after the storm, and after Bruno went thru the process and we agreed to the diagnostic test, it was where her oxygen machine was! It was just plugged in at the outlet. It was burned and close to catching fire. we are now understanding after Bruno explained how this happens and what some important fixes are. We did a lot of work to get her to normal and her to be with us! What they don't tell you when you want your family member with you is how much power you need for the bed, bed warmer, monitoring equipment, etc. However, we noticed we did not have air flow to her room bath and general area and was very weak. Bruno suggested he could get one of his master HVAC techs to come to our home. I said sure, and in about an hour, PowerHouse Home Services sent me a gentleman named Hector. What a wonderful and knowledgeable technician and great experience from the start. I had no idea the condition of my attic!! when he came down, he played me in what pictures and videos were disturbing and how damaged the ductwork was. The indoor unit was destroyed with growth and water from Ian. We ended up going with the proposed solutions replacement of the units and new duct systems. We also went with Brunos' estimate and repairs. Overall, my experience with Powerhouse was amazing and refreshing from the phone call to the end. Thank you so much for your quick response to my issues and the repairs its. I can't wait till I meet the plumber next week!

Overall the job I hired Powerhouse to do was completed in 45 minutes. I was charged over $1,000 which I think is outrageous. Bruno G thought he was making it okay by providing some type of program that he claimed is worth $300. I reviewed the program details and don’t understand any benefit, much less a $300 benefit.

Joe installed a 240v outlet in our garage. He was very professional, courteous, and a great communicator. We highly recommend Powerhouse Home Services for your electrical needs.

Brandon came out just a few hours after we called to change out our chirping smoke/carbon monoxide detector. Fast, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Jorge did a through inspection of all the plumbing in my condo. Photos under every sink, and pointed out problems to keep an eye on. Scheduled to replace the main shut off valve which looked bad. No hard sell which I liked. He said he would be happy to install a new toilet I had bought as well. Will be glad to see him this coming Wednesday! Jim

Jorge Ramirez replaced all of my smoke detectors Monday 11/3. He did a terrific and knowledgable installation. He was very friendly and also answered all of my questions. He is a great asset to Powerhouse Home Services. I will certainly request him for any electrical services that I may need in the future.

Do not use them. I was told it was $40 to get a electrian out to look at my issue. The tech came out and said a level 1 diagnotic cost was $425 and had to sign before they would even start looking into the issue. 15 minutes later, it ended up being a very minor issue. $425 for 15 minutes of work? All he did was check to see if there was power going to an outlet and reset a GFCI in the garage that I didnt know was tied to my outside outlet.

I wanted to give an update. PowerHouse called me and refunded me the money. The technitian should not only have charged me if he had to replace the outlet and I should have never been charged.

I appricate the companies ownership and quick response to my complaint.

Great job - these guys are super professional, entirely trusted and know what they are doing. They installed a full back up generator for me last year, and this year I had them come back and install new lighting and another panel for my second garage - they are terrific and I recommend them HIGHLY! And they just came and did a fabulous maintenance service for me. I am going to have them install my next generator for my expanded house.

The team at Powerhouse were amazing to work with. Bruno arrived on time and did excellent work. All fees were super transparent and fair. I feel he really went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the work.

Joe L. came out today to work on our smoke detectors. His customer service was above and beyond! He explained our options, answered our many questions and promptly worked to get things back in order for us! Five stars all around!!
