I'm having a home built in Cape Coral and "Elite" is unfortunately the electrical contractor for my builder. The hack workers cut holes in the ceiling looking for their electrical wiring when the attic has more than plenty of room to find the wire the professional way. The house is still being built I'll update as progress continues.

My builder used used Elite as a subcontractor. We had a real electrician out to do some work for me and they couldn’t believe what they found. The company used more than 1 screw per wire in outlets which is against Florida and national building code and will be reported as such. Don’t use them. They’re dangerously incompetent at best and criminal at worst. They will put you and your family at risk.

Be aware if your builder used them for the wiring of your home it most likely is not right! Our builder used them and they lazily installed the electric for the whole house. We have been in the house less then a month and have had three electricians in our house to hang lights and various things and all three have said the same thing- " it was wired bad" one even said he "never seen anything like it". The lighting company could not install ceiling fans as the pre wire holes for fans per the electric plan was not wired for fans. The island lights and the cams lights in the kitchen where on the same switch- so either all lights on in kitchen at same time or none which was suppose to be separated in the plan. The master bath- same problem vanity and overhead lights same switch. Although these lights should serve as separate functions. Master bedroom the outlet switch on wall and overhead light are on same switch. We complained to our builder who called elite electric company and then the company sent us a estimated bill for repairs. When we told elite it should go to builder, we were told that they would not bill builder, that we had to pay to fix what they messed up in first place. Now have a brand new home with non functional electric. I hope the builder finds a new company so no one else has to deal with them again.

This review is specifically for Ernesto. My Builder is Pulte and I have had to use Elite for some electrical work. Ernesto is one of the best technicians around. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and represents the company well. Can't say enough about his work and the time he takes to answer my extensive questions, thanks Ernesto!

Do not use this company. They do not stand behind their work. The tech they sent to our new home for a punch list repair accused my wife of being untruthful and was demanding she pay him for the repair that was due to their poor workmanship. Very unprofessional.

If their technicians drive like they work their workmanship must be unacceptable. Ban number 82 doesn't know how to obey four way stop signs

We were using Elite electrical company for our home 3 years ago ( my husband built the house himself) they were excellent. The electricians who came to the house was full of knowledge and professional. Three years later we have a little bit of problems so my husband email Justin and He sent someone to take care of the problem so fast. We were impressed. This is a good company and honest people to work with. We give them 5 stars.

We were referred to Elite by a neighbor. We got three quotes and even though Elite was the most competitive they were also the most comprehensive. They recommended things we had not thought of. Are estimator Justin was polite and timely and easy to work with.

Dio came and installed a dedicated line for dehumidifier for AC. He went above and beyond to identify concerns. It was very considerate and good business. I recommend Elite for electric. Dio’s time and work was exceptional with his apprentice Carlos. Thank you Elite!!
