They do excellent work. Have had service performed on several commercial refrigerators and freezers and the work was done professionally and have had absolutely no problems.

It's a shame quality work is coupled by a complete rip off on parts. I was charged over $700 for a single part that retails for less than $100. B&I has officially lost my business.

One of your drivers this morning was running people off the road in downtown LaBelle. He was cutting people off honking the horn and running red lights . So dangerous at 7:30 in the morning.

Very aggressive drivers on US 401 that cut people off to change lanes and also refuse to get out of the way for emergency vehicles with sirens blarring and lights flashing.

If I could give them -0 star I would have. I reached out to the VP of B&I as well as HR director regarding the safety department manager abusive,unprofessional and many other poor values but they never responded.
B&I is losing good employees daily because of their culture. Do not trust them.

Well just an hr ago i was ren off the road by truck #19038 white f150... This driver literally tailgated my vehicle from Daniels and 82 almost hitting me from the back several times all the way to the on ramp to i75 south.. once on the highway he sped up and literally rane off the road almost causing me to have an accident.. I would really have a sit down with THIS DRIVER ABOUT SAFE DRIVING.. its ok to get up and make a living ots not ok to get in your company work truck and used it as a weapon while driving it... I will be reviewing my dashcam footage with my attorney to see if theres anything that can be done about this mornings situation.. and no thats not the first b&i truck or van i see driving like maniacs throughout Lehigh and fort Myers...

Please educate your drivers in proper driving skills & manners. Yesterday, this guy was in the far left lane holding up a line of traffic on I75, then flipped me the finger because I motioned him to move over to the slower lane. Not a good representation of your company.

I’d never recommend this company. Ford F150 truck number 20038 makes your company look bad. Not only is he a terrible driver, his phone was in his hand while in traffic on Metro. Get rid of this dude. He’s gonna get hurt or hurt someone out there. Unbelievable how people drive with there company logo on the side of there vehicle.

Almost got hit by one of the drivers this morning right in front of the college as the driver completely ran a red light and didn’t even closely stop even when he say me have to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting him… drivers for this company need to do better especially driver of truck 25073
