I highly recommend SW Florida Air Conditioning & Heating . We had an old air conditioner that was knocked out during Helene they came right out and the next day we had a brand new system. They are wonderful to work with and very professional.

Ray was so QUICK to answer and come out which is so appreciated when AC goes out. He also educated while scoping out my AC unit and offered practical AND affordable solutions for my needs. No need to call anyone else !

Ray is extremely professional, responsive, and fair with his customers. He goes above and beyond, making after hours calls the same evening when possible so people don’t have to go the night without air. He really cares. As a landlord I have used many HVAC companies, and none have compared. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We flew in from MA and arrived at our place in Fort Myers only to realize our AC was not functioning correctly. I had Ray's number from a friend in the community and called to see if he could come over (after regular business hours) and take a look at our unit. Ray arrived about a half hour later and diagnosed the issue. Bad motor. Luckily the unit was under warranty and Ray was able to pull the old motor and pick up the new one early the next morning. The motor replacement was expertly completed before 9am! He's very personable and professional and I would not hesitate to call Ray for any of your HVAC needs.

Ray is fantastic! My parent’s AC stopped working in FL. Normally I can fix these things myself depending on the issue however being in GA it was too hard to get there. I called the company they use for normal maintenance and they told me the whole unit (which is less than 10 years old) needed to be replaced. They quoted me $11,600. I told them the cost was outrageous and told them to leave. They then called back and told me they could do it for $8500. At this point, I’m pissed and about to book a flight down to assess myself. I then called Ray based on another recommendation and asked him to take a look and give me a 2nd opinion. He went over same day and diagnosed it and told me the system was in good shape and after replacing a small part and doing some preventative maintenance, the AC is working great. I would HIGHLY recommend Ray as he seems to be straight forward, honest and knowledgeable. He just won my parent’s business going forward!! I only wish he was in GA…
