The unit was old and was on a death watch, it needed replacement. Within hours I had a professional quote for a high quality unit replacement. We found Ray and hired him to come out and do an annual maintenance check on both of our A/C units. If I could give 10 stars for Integrity Air Conditioning, I would. This is a long story, but worth reading if you need an honest A/C company. My AC stopped blowing so I filed a claim with American Home Shield (AHS). The first A/C company, which I will not name until I write their review, came and diagnosed my system. The technician looked at my system and his diagnoses was that the air handler fan support was rusted out, and that AHS would deny my claim because it wasn’t a mechanical failure, and then he proceeded to try to sell me a me a new A/C system for $10,000. I said no and asked AHS for a second opinion. The second company came out in which I will not name, but will also be writing a review on them. Upon completing their diagnosis, the technician determined that my condenser was working fine, but my air handler had a leak. His company submitted the report to AHS, but it got denied. After calling AHS to find out why it was denied, they said that the A/C vendor’s report said that my system was working fine. I called the technician and the technician was confused, because he wrote the report saying that it had the issue with the air handler. He even texted me the report. After calling AHS five times and also calling the vendor multiple times, AHS still denied my claim and kept saying that every time they contacted the vendor, the vendor told them that my AC was fine. When I called the vendor, they told me that AHS denies my claim and proceeded to try to also sell me a new A/C system. Turns out, they were purposely not sending AHS the full diagnoses report, knowing AHS would decline the repair. Anyway, I had enough, and called AHS, and told them I wanted to end my warranty contract and the guy on the phone said that before I dropped them, would I consider staying if he sent another service guy out. It was super hot, and he said he could get one out the next day, so I agree to give it one more chance. By this time, I’m without A/C for a month. The next day I got a call from Integrity Air Conditioning and they said they would send someone out that evening. Later in the afternoon Chloe from Integrity Air Conditioning shows up. She proceeded to check my condenser and said she found the first problem. The condenser fan was running backwards. She fixed that. Then she checked the air handle fan and found that the bracket bolt fell out and it wasn’t rusted. She also found a small leak, repaired it, added Freon and now my A/C is colder than it’s ever been. Integrity Air Conditioning definitely has the perfect name. While everyone else was trying to scam me, they came out, did an honest diagnosed and fixed my system. Chloe is absolutely the best. Thank you Chloe and Integrity Air Conditioning for your integrity, great customer service and craftsmanship.

We are new to this area of the country and asked if he could help educate us on how the system works and how best to care for the system to help keep it running great. If I could give 10 stars I would! Arrived for the winter to find my A/C not working. Called Integrity, they squeezed me in the same day.
